The park and guides can... - The park and guides can accommodate all riding abilities. If you're a good driver, they will let you fly thru the dunes. Ask for Yohari, he had us laughing the whole time. The camels are all rescues and well cared for.

Loved our time! Beautiful beach and Fiero our guide was amazing! - This was an amazing day and an amazing place! Took the time to go while in port from a cruise! Had the best guide ever, Fiero! Wild and fun! Fuego!!!! From the UTV’s to the Camels! A wonderful experience!

Amazing experience, but.... - Great experience overall. Facility is great, pick up and drop off services are amazing, and 10 ot of 10 on communication ahead of the excursions. My only negative comment is that they are not up front about charges, when you get there they'll try to upset you on a private tour or having to wait. They also charge a 25$ per person park fee that is a hidden fee. Spent over $400 online and anouther $300 in hidden and upsell less fees. Also, we were told we would do 1:45 min on the ATV ended up being 1:15. Great experience nonetheless, I recommend the management team to review transparency. I would still come here again especially that I know what to budget.

UTV and camel experience - It was a fun experience. Our guide was super nice. The 4 wheeling was fun. The camel ride was walking on the beach being led by a guide. I felt a little bad for the guide. Also they didn’t allow you to take pictures unless you got a private tour. That was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review.

usually don’t write... - usually don’t write reviews, but I thought families should know what to be prepared for. The overall experience was good, but there were several additional costs that we were not expecting. After paying over $400 for the excursion, we were charged another $100 entrance fee and about $90 for insurance once we arrived. Another thing to be aware of is that you have to lock up your cameras and phones, so you can’t take your own pictures during the experience. Because of that, they offer their own photo package at the end, which costs about $120 if you want pictures of the experience. The activity itself was enjoyable, but it would have been helpful to know about these extra fees and restrictions ahead of time so families can plan accordingly. Latham G.

Late and Money not publicized - Wait time was over 3 hours eventhough our reservation was at 4. We ended up getting to the UTV at 7 and could not see anything. They also don’t tell u u had to pay 700 usd deposit first in order to enjoy the activities. The 700 USD was not on the contract it was just an amount the front desk told me.

Many Hidden Fees!!! Read the fine print and get out your wallet! - Buyer Beware! This tour has many surprise expenses written in fine print. My family and I were very excited to ride camels and ATVs while visiting Cabo. What we didn't expect during arrival were all of the additional fees after we had already paid in full in advance. My family (4 total) had to buy insurance for the ATVs, that was $45/vehicle, park entrance fee $25 per person, oh- and if you want to take pictures- you must book a private tour -additional $150. Otherwise, you are NOT allowed to bring cameras and must buy individual photos at $20/each. I felt scammed. I asked to talk to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Therefore, our original booking skyrocketed to an additional $430 in surprise fees! This is a very expensive trip for what you get. I would NOT recommend it. We were very disappointed.

Horrible experience - Horrible tour. Took over five hours instead of three. Rode ATV’s for maybe 40 minutes and camel for 20. Sat around A LOT. No water or snacks provided as advertised. Charged my card over $150 instead of $75. Stay away from this tour and company. Never got promised photos because they weren’t ready before our tour finally left.
