Participants are invited into Paul Seftel’s gallery and working studio, which opens directly onto a historic adobe compound in Cerrillos. The experience can extend into the courtyard and surrounding village, if desired. As the day transitions to evening, guests can observe how light changes across walls, ground, and open spaces. Light refreshments and treats are served in the outdoor lounge.

The focus on art and perception shifts to how surfaces absorb and release light. Guests are encouraged to view select works in low light, including phosphorescent paintings that subtly and dramatically react to changing light conditions.

The experience is intimate, leisurely, and rooted in its setting, offering a deeper insight into how the artwork evolves from the surrounding landscape and light.
