place of dreams - One of the best gems I have found in the DR, without a doubt, is this place. The place offers you sunsets that will remain in anyone's memory, although it is rustic and with shared bathrooms it has everything you need (restaurant, bar, comfortable beds, fan or fan) the staff is kind, friendly to the point that they you feel at home. The park's beach is wonderful with fish accompanying the experience. Simply spectacular

Super recommended - One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Our guide was Alex, super recommended. We left from Santo Domingo and stopped by beaches, lakes and parks. At each of the stops we could take as much time as we wanted. Alex really knows where to go! Bay of Eagles is a gem, we stayed in an eco-lodge for the night. We only did one night but super recommend staying more nights. On site there is a restaurant-bar. There is also a diving school!! And there are several excursions that locals can offer you as well. In short, excellent excursion.

Divine and charming!!! - I've seen many sunsets, but like those in Bay of Eagles there are very few. This place is beautiful, the activities they do during the night are super good. Campfires, music, dance, party, beach, what more can you ask for to spend one of the most unforgettable nights of my life. The staff was composed of very nice and helpful people. Service like very few offer today.

Glamping in Bahía de las Águilas - Fun experience with spectacular views and trip to a virgin beach with crystalline waters. Accommodations are adequate, the stone walk to the bathrooms can be challenging at night. We are at the hotel and had a delicious buffet brought to us by boat during our day trip to the beach in Bahia de las águilas. Mathias took wonderful care of us, packing up our lunch for the trip and getting our meals ready ( ask for whatever is fresh). Gina was very helpful and a greeted me every morning with a friendly smile. All in all a memorable experience that I would recommend.

To be avoided absolutely!! - I will start by saying that it is not the only possible option if you decide to come to Bahia de Las Aguilas: it is 30 ‘drive from the village of Pedernales, which certainly has a wider and better offer in terms of restaurants and hotels. Our experience: We arrived here at 17:15 after a full day spent in Bahia de las Aguilas. We waited more than an hour for the receptionist and at the check-in we lost another 20 minutes because the computer did not show the payment (already done weeks before by paypall). At this point another boy told us to follow him and that he would accompany us to the tent: he wanders aimlessly for fifteen minutes opening the zip of the free tents and only after a while realizes that he does not know which tent had been assigned to us. The tent itself was taken care of, but 80€ in 3 to have such a bad Service in return was madness. After settling in, we went to Rancho (campsite owned restaurant) trusting the good reviews and trusting in a good dinner. Before we sat down we had the opportunity to browse the menu and the huge prices (2000 pesos per person a paltry buffet, 400 pesos a beer) convinced us to opt for another alternative. Summary: the owner of the property shamefully takes advantage of this and the high prices for a really bad Service push to return directly to Pedernales instead of staying at the property.
