Don’t book this. They won’t show up and take your money - Guide never showed up. Messages and called them. Called Viator and they couldn’t contact them either. Took our money though for sure

Stay away from Lotta Adventures in Sydney, Nova Scotia - No showed, left us on the dock. Phone straight to voicemail. Here are some more words to get me up to 100, but 1st 2 sentences are my entire review

No show from Lotta tour company. - Very disappointed that no one from the tour company showed for pick up and after multiple calls and no answer. Another tour company said this tour company wasn't operating this season. Now we're trying to find a different tour and get a refund for this tour.

Dave S - Our ship landing time at port was 9:30 AM. Starting 4 days before the date of tour I tried to clarify that the tour driver (an individual group tour) could accommodate that. I never received a response but the tour got booked. I contacted through Viator twice More with no response. I tried calling Viator help who also sent a message. I never located the contractor and was at port without the tour.

No excursion - We were very disappointed as no one ever showed up. We called the company that was supposed to provide the tour (their website said open 24 hours). We got no response. We are requesting a full refund as we just walked around the town. The previous day we had a tour booked to Peggy’s Cove and after numerous phone calls and waiting 1 1/2 hours the company sent an UBER driver Shawn who was very nice and accommodating but not very knowledgeable about the area. We feel we did not get what we paid for!! In PEI we took a walking tour and the knowledge and experience was what we have experienced in the past.
