Luanda - The tour suggests a journey southward from the city, with the final destination being the Cabo Ledo tourist development area, approximately 120 km from Luanda. Situated within the Quiçama National Park’s environmental protection zone, Cabo Ledo boasts a stunning bay with azure waters and expansive white sandy beaches, perfect for leisurely seaside strolls, all set against the backdrop of the earth-toned cliffs.
Cabo Ledo has become increasingly popular over the years, initially attracting a few weekend visitors. With Angola’s growing tourism industry, it now offers a variety of new tourist attractions and activities, such as turtle watching, surfing lessons, and boat excursions. -
Luanda - The tour departs from Luanda at around 6:00 am, with pick-ups available in the city and surrounding areas. As the journey begins along road nº 100 towards Cabo Ledo, travelers pass by the colorful houses lining the route and catch sight of Mussulo Island off the coast. This peninsula stretches over 40 km and is dotted with holiday homes, resorts, and seaside retreats.
Soon, the landscape reveals baobabs, majestic and ancient trees typical of equatorial regions. The silhouette of Luanda’s rooftops fades into the distance as the adventure truly begins. Aboard a classic Land Rover Defender 4x4, travelers receive insights into the local geography, history, and wildlife. The first stop, 50 km into the journey, is at Miradouro da Lua, a must-see photo spot offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape.

Worthy every minute! - Really nice day, well spent! Very friendly staff and helpful. Guide was very insightful in every place we went! Also great opportunity to purchase some souvenir close to slave museum... We went to Miradouro da lua. Amazing formation, and we ended at the beach for a swim at Cabo Ledo! The ride was comfortable and they provided with drinks and snacks. Overall I really enjoyed it and highly recommend this to anyone that wants to explore Angola safely and with a knowledgeable team!

At least, "disappointing"! - It was disappointing! I bought the tour to celebrate my birthday and they simply didn't show up at the pickup location I chose, they didn't get in touch and I couldn't even talk to the travel agency. I waited for two hours and nothing. Finally, I am now pleading for the refund of the amounts paid by me since, the Service offered was not fulfilled.

AWESOME - I booked the “Regular Cabo Ledo Tour” tour with VIATOR. Reservation: 1124812323. First of all, they made a mistake in the location of my hotel. I made more than four phone calls and two emails to request more information and confirm that everything was correct and they had corrected the error. NOTHING AT ALL. Don't worry, nothing was happening. That they had contacted the local agent and everything was under control. I called the local agent more than ten times and NOT ONE called me or picked up the phone. Disappeared. Indeed, when the date of April 13 arrived, at six in the morning I was ready and so I stayed in Angola, stranded and with no alternative. Totally ruined and lost day. NOT AN EXPLANATION. Today they sent me an email in which they apologize for NOT HAVING ANSWERED MY EMAILS. Not because of bad management or because of the cancellation of the Tour but because of not answering the emails. How are they going to manage the disbursement of what was paid and compensation for damages?
