The town’s tranquility and charm, along with its stunning natural scenery and cultural attractions, make it one of the most delightful destinations in Laos. Luang Prabang City Tour (Lunch)
Luang Prabang - After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the city’s oldest temple, Wat Sene, and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong, known for its classical Laotian architecture with roofs sweeping low to the ground. The tour also includes a visit to the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Mai. Climb to the top of Mount Phousi for an exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa and a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. Afterwards, explore the Night Market, offering a lovely selection of handmade textiles by local and hill tribe artisans. Overnight stay in Luang Prabang.
Luang Prabang: Kuang Si Waterfall & Pak Ou Caves (Lunch)
Kuang Si Waterfall - After breakfast, drive to Kuang Si Waterfall, where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails.
Pak Ou Caves - Return to the city by afternoon and take a cruise up the Mekong River, offering breathtaking views of the peaceful countryside and time to explore the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. These two linked caves are filled with thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, known for its local rice wine production. After visiting the Pak Ou Caves, don’t miss the Pha An Stone Cliff. Return to Luang Prabang City by boat at sunset. Overnight stay in Luang Prabang.
Luang Prabang - Train to Vientiane - Food Tour by Tuk Tuk (Dinner)
Vientiane - Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Luang Prabang and transferred to the Luang Prabang Railway Station. Upon arrival at the Vientiane Railway Station, they will be transferred to their hotel in Vientiane. At 5:00 PM, a tour guide will pick them up for a Vientiane street food tour by tuk tuk.
