Book now! Amazing food tour! - Toun aka The Jungle Boy is the best tour guide I have ever had. He was so knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Laotian culture, customs, and language. He’s very personable and took us to some amazing food spots I would have never stopped at on my own. He added a personal touch at every shop and even sang a song for us (he’s an incredible single. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!

One of the best Food Tours in SE Asia - 5* I can't rate this tour high enough. I was the only one booked on this tour so it tuned out to be a private tour. I couldn't ask for a better guide than Toun/Jungle Boy who was knowledgable, informative, kind and overall an amazing guide. He showed me how to eat the Food the Lao way, explained the Lao culture and obviously has a deep love for his country and sharing it with tourists. You have to do this tour when you are in Luang Prabang. Piece of Advice. Come hungry because there is lots of delicious food to eat.

One of the best tours I have done in my 8 years living in SE Asia - Toun is an amazing guide and frankly you should be happy to have him as a guide in Laos no matter what or where you are going! This food tour was one of the best tours I have done in my 8 years living in SE Asia, and I already eat as a local. You really get to try absolute everything worth trying in a small window of time and the only challenge you will have is to fit it all. Every single dish is high quality and enjoyable. If I would recommend one thing to do in Luang Prabang this is the one, the waterfall that everyone fixates about comes only 2nd place. Thanks again Toun and wish you the best with everything!

Best night with Jungle Boy - Extremely worthwhile and fun tour to do in Luang Prabang, highly recommend doing this at the start of your time to get an idea of all the amazing foods to try during your time. Toun makes the tour amazing and ensures you're extremely well fed, keeps you hydrated, and if you're lucky enough will sing you a few songs too! Make sure you skip lunch to make the most of this one. Don't miss this tour during your time in Luang Prabang.

Decent Food Tour, but Lacked Curation and Flow - Overall, it was decent. The guide, Moni, was friendly and made an effort to keep everyone comfortable. We began with a temple visit, which was a nice touch, but I did expect the food stops to be a bit more curated. There was plenty of food - no complaints on quantity! but the experience felt somewhat unstructured. It came across more like a series of random stops rather than a thoughtfully planned progression (for example, moving from lighter bites to mains, etc.). A more cohesive flow and slightly better selection of places would have made this a much stronger experience.
