Family fun river kayaking - A great time on the river with our guide Sam the last week in August descending rapids, floating gently down the river and having ‘keep dry competitions’. A lovely experience only 10 minutes walk outside the walled city. Great for all ages and capabilities. Sam mentioned harder rivers further afield and we will try them the next time we visit Lucca.

Great way to spend a morning as a family - Great morning with Sam as our guide. Lots of fun for adults and our kids from 9 to 16. Lovely to be on the river so near to the city (we did a half hour walk out from Lucca).

Beautiful! - Beautiful scenery! Peaceful cruise down the river. I had brought a water proof phone case and water shoes as it is a bit rocky at points you have to get out. The water was clear and beautiful. Guides were great and loved the stop for snacks and Prosecco. Definitely doing again our next trip.

Don't miss it! - The rafting tour was very fun. A welcome cool down in high heat, very nice tour guides. There was a break with loving snacks and drinks for everyone and a swim break. Overall a very relaxed tour. Highly recommended!

Fun outing with kids - Great rafting experience with children. Our kids aged 9 and 12 thought it was a very nice first experience with rafting. Water level was a bit lower so the falls were a bit less spectacular, but for the first time very cool! And beautiful surroundings! Guide was also very kind.

Relaxing kayak down the river - This was a lovely trip down the river with plenty of time for swimming, and a lovely break to enjoy a little fizz and a bite to eat. The trip was suitable for all levels and we were guided through the two very slightly trickier sections. We found the start point easy to locate and were lucky that as the only couple in the trip that we were treated to a drop off at our choice. We would definitely choose this trip again.

Enjoyable kayaking experience on beautiful river close to Lucca - Excellent experience, kayaking down a lovely stretch of river, with a chance to swim in a beautiful calm section. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had drinks and snacks provided half way, and a lift back up to the meeting point at the end.

Top excursion - Kayaking with Nasim was a highlight. He not only guided us safely through the beautiful nature around the river Serchio, but also told us a lot of interesting things about the region. Nasim is friendly, attentive and provides a relaxed atmosphere – perfect for beginners and intermediates. The tour was well organized, scenic and offered just the right mix of activity and relaxation.
We would definitely go back on the water with Nasim!

Highly recommended. Would give 6 stars if I could. - An amazing nearly 3 hours of kayaking with the beautiful Giva. She was so amazing and helpful and she went above and beyond to make our experience special. The apertivo was perfect and swimming very refreshing as it was such a hot day. Would highly recommend.
