- Lucca’s Duomo (Cattedrale di San Martino) - The tour continues to the nearby Church of San Giovanni and the Cathedral San Martino, both renowned for their musical heritage due to centuries of religious celebrations. The Puccini family served as organists at the Cathedral for 124 years.

Nearby is the exquisite late-17th century Baroque garden of Palazzo Controni-Pfanner, a stunning example of the era’s garden design, resembling three-dimensional outdoor stage sets.
On Via degli Asili, the guide will highlight a plaque honoring composer Alfredo Catalani, accompanied by the music of his celebrated opera, La Wally. Catalani passed away at the age of 39.
