• San Michele in Foro - On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the meeting point is at the statue dedicated to Francesco Burlamacchi in Piazza San Michele, Lucca, at 10:50 am. The tour will last for 2 hours and is a walking tour. Together, participants will explore the ‘must-see’ attractions of Lucca: Piazza Anfiteatro, Via Fillungo, the city Towers, San Michele Church, and the Cathedral. The tour will be conducted in English OR Italian (two separate groups).
• Lucca’s Duomo (Cattedrale di San Martino) - The most significant church, featuring a wealth of stunning decorations.
• Via Fillungo - The main shopping district of the city, boasting beautiful shops and remarkable architecture.
• Le mura di Lucca - A brief stroll along the impressive city walls.
• Torre Guinigi - A medieval tower once owned by a wealthy family.
• Basilica of San Frediano - One of the city’s most iconic churches.
• Piazza Anfiteatro - The tour concludes in the most beautiful and vibrant square of Lucca: the ancient Anfiteatro!
