It’s Time To Play at CHUKKA OCEAN OUTPOST, where ocean-loving thrill seekers and cultural explorers unite. Your Reggae Rafting Triple-Motorized Pass gives you access to the only seaside nature-adventure park in Jamaica, where you will enjoy the many chill-out and leisure areas, along with included select non-motorized watersports. This package includes the Ocean Bamboo Rafting Experience with our Mountain to Sea ATV Safari* and Mountain to Sea Horseback Ride ‘N’ Swim with Hammock Splash Experience. Then top it off with lunch included at our Gilly’s Seaside Restaurant & Bar.
*Damage of ATV/Dune Buggy as a result of user error will be at cost of the driver. Please see details in waiver.
- ARRIVAL TIME Please note the time selected during checkout is your arrival time, not the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 120 minutes prior to this time depending on the hotel location.
- Each bamboo raft hold 2 persons and guests are paired with their traveling party. If a single raft is required, a surcharge may apply at the location.
- Weight Limits: 230lbs to participate in all activities
- Minimum Age: 16 yrs with valid drivers license to participate in all activities
- Minimum 18 years and older to consume alcohol
- Food and beverage options are available for sale
- Park may be crowded during peak times

1st time to Jamaica - Chukka was a 10/10 5 stars for sure, the tour was amazing! All workers were kind and knowledgeable, workers made long day very fun.

40th Birthday Experience - Boy we had a time!!
ATV: I drove an ATV for the first time by myself. Super nervous but the instructors Shun and Andre made sure I was ok when I got off track. Andre was an excellent photographer by the way.
Horseback Riding: Again, I was nervous. Anthony made me feel comfortable with my horse Postcard and made sure to acknowledge my birthday.
Shoutout to Omar for taking care of my sister, both in land and in water. CJ was helpful as well. We rode and we conquered. Everything hurts! I'd do it again tho for sure.
Bamboo Rafting: I enjoyed it. My only drawback is that my group was called late which made us miss our departure bus so we had to wait about about an hour to catch another bus. Kirk was very pleasant and took his time with everything. They give you a bottle and we connected to his speaker for vibes.
Nice, soft hands lol
Overall, Chukka is a really fun place. Mostly organized, clean and everyone wants to make sure you're good. Minus that 1 hiccup, l'd definitely go back.

Wonderful - Booked for my sister 40th birthday and we had an amazing time! Chukka was a nice property and the staff were nice. Omar and Anthony (horseback), Andre (atv), and the instructor Rushane (atv) were amazing and attentive! They all elevated the experience

bar staff and gift shop staff very unfriendly close to rude....
our raft man jeffcal and our horse riding guide Frankie where brilliant made the day extra special.
disappointed we never received our champagne and two flutes as advertised as part of the package 😞

Unorganized... I regret not checking reviews before booking - The ATV ride and the bamboo raft experiences were fun... But if I see another excursion by Chukka I won't take it.
My husband and I decided to spend the last full day of our vacation in Jamaica by going to the ATV and bamboo with limestone massage with lunch included. We booked this through Tropical Tours at the hotel I was staying at.
The TLDR is that the drivers were unorganized and put several of us on the wrong bus 2 hours away with no communication to the passengers.
The first excursion was very late, causing us to have to eat lunch on the bus, to get to the bamboo raft experience on time. What made everything worse was that the drivers weren't communicating with one another at the end of the bamboo raft trip and we were told to change busses which made us go out 2 HOURS out of town (further than airport.) What should have been a 40 minute ride back to the hotel took us 2 hours (over 60 km/37 miles) in the opposite direction in rush hour traffic. Our driver wasn't helpful as he wouldn't tell any of the passengers what was going on.
We got picked up at 9:10 am and we were scheduled to be back to our resort in Green Island by 3:00 pm. I'm writing this while on the bus, and the current time is 5:54 pm.

Wasn’t worth $460 - Tours were very short , staff isn’t very welcoming or enthusiastic , we paid a lot to go on the tour, only to get there and get hustled out of more money , on top to pay $10 extra for a locker. Lunch was chicken bones and a scoop of rice, couldn’t even ask for more lol

Overpriced and underdelivered. - Very mediocre. I would not recommend. I had the package of horseback riding, ocean rafting and atv. Horesback riding was first. They added so many people to the time slot we did about 20 laps around the practice field then a short route around the property. The water portion was literally 30 seconds in the water. I didnt do the ocean rafting because I switched to river rafting. The river rafting was short as well. The water felt great and the river is nice, but it’s a short ride that should be longer. Didn’t get a chance to do atv. Lunch was chicken rice n peas and festival. Lots of sitting around waiting. Overall its overpriced and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend.

I WANT MY REFUND - I WANT MY REFUND.
Awful experience. This awful company charged me TWICE for ONE bundle of services. When attempting to book through their website the night prior to our excursion day, an error message kept populating saying that my card wasn't going through. I then proceeded to book through Trip Advisor as I figured their site was down. A representative called me the next morning (morning of my group's excursions) to tell me that I was booked twice in their system. HOW WAS MY CARD CHARGED THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE IF THEIR WEBSITE STATED THAT MY PURCHASE COULDN'T BE MADE AT THAT TIME?
Despite me explaining that it was an error and I had not known they charged my card twice as their website said it couldn't take my payment, she refused to give me a refund. Once arriving on site to complete the excursions later that morning, the staff there explained to me that they would not be issuing a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE A SCAM!
Not to mention, their excursions were NOT what we expected. Terrible service, terrible food, and terrible excursions. DO. NOT. BOOK.
