Nice way to view the lake and alps - Amazing views of the lake and Alps. The audio tour is very informational and includes key historical tidbits as well as cool facts. The hour goes by pretty fast but it is worth it. Keep in mind the onboard snacks are expensive and dining area must be reserved ahead of time.

Nice trip around Lake Lucerne - Nice trip around the lake. Very relaxing. We left at 11:00 am, so not crowded. Beautiful scenery you would not otherwise see from the shore.

Relaxing boat trip on Lake Luzern. - Lovely relaxing boat trip on the lake. Smooth ride and a chance to get some lovely photos. There was a QR code you could scan that was supposed to lead to an audio guide but we couldn’t get it to work. As we left the boat we saw that you could collect headphones on board, probably for a price. Never the less, we still enjoyed the trip.

The lake cruise was very... - The lake cruise was very peaceful. You get the option to listen to an audio or not about the lake. Perfect opportunity to take pictures of the landscape!

Beautiful and Relaxing - We took the one hour scenic cruise around Lake Lucerne. It was really beautiful and the yacht was very smooth and confortable. It's quite pricey but there is a discount if you have paid your city tax and your hotel has given you the card they should have. I think it was 32 francs down to 25 but I can't be exactly sure at this stage, something like that though. Plenty of room, good views of the stunning lake. Departs from the waterfront by the old town centre, tickets at the booth. It goes every hour. Well worth doing.

Average - Views were amazing. However the pre-recorded tour was meh. Not enough headphones and some were broken. I would recommend but dont have any personalized expectations. This is a big boat and lots of people

Did not receive discount on our Swiss Half Fare Cards for our online booking of Cruise tickets - We booked tickets online for 8 of us for 5 July. The website did not offer us discounts on our Swiss Half Fare Cards. However when we arrived at the Cruise boarding dock in Luzern, I noticed people who were buying tickets at the counter were offered discounts on their Half Fare Cards and Swiss Travel Passes. Upon checking with the counter staff, they advised me to write to the Tour operator and see a refund of the discount due to me for our Half Fare Cards; while I have written a couple of times to the Tour Operator via my Trip Advisor account they have not replied. This is disappointing experience.

Nothing but expenses. - The support on the ship and information about the route were insufficient. The audio guide did not work for long distances. Too much advertising instead of information about the historical development of Switzerland and the Confederation.
