- Jungfraujoch Sphinx Observatory - Take in panoramic views over the Aletsch Glacier (Europe’s longest glacier) from your vantage point on the Sphinx Observation Terrace. On a clear day, you can see as far as the snow-capped peaks of neighboring countries!
- Eigergletscher - After your time at Jungfraujoch, ride the cogwheel train down to Eigergletscher, where you will change to the V-Cableway Eiger Express. After approx. 15 minutes you will reach Grindelwald Terminal, where the coach awaits for the drive back to Lucerne.
- Lucerne - Your tour will come to an end in the city center of Lucerne in the evening.

Top of Europe - The entire tour was awesome. Out tour guide, Kid is the best. He is funny, efficient and ensure that dont miss any view points photo shoot opportunities.

Would highly recommend this tour! - AMAZING! Long! But amazing! Be aware there is almost ZERO time to eat for a 9.5 hour day so eat well before you go and grab a snack when you see one. Our tour guide RAYMOND was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, gave us a heads up of upcoming views and very helpful overall. The bus ride, train ride and then gondola rides there and back were scenic. Of note, I was looking forward to Lauterbrunnen and Grindewald but the 15 minutes in each location did not allow for any exploration. I did not expect any but was hoping for some views. There were none of note worthiness tbh. Jungfraujoch was incredible - we chose to go on our own and were not disappointed. Sadly, crowds were VERY rude and pushy though. Made me want to be rude back, but I held my tongue many times. Can’t say I held my looks or eye rolls though. Towards the end, the lack of eating and the high altitude got to one of the parties in our group of 3. Raymond was very helpful at that point and beyond and allowed us to board first from then on and we were thankful because it was truly a health challenge that needed extra care. Regardless, HIGHLY recommend the tour.

Overpriced but happy with the experience - It was good. I think just a tiny bit overpriced for the experience. When we got to the "glacier paradise" it was closed. No refund was offered. After doing the experience, I realized I could have probably have figured it out on my own if I would have just asked at the hotel front desk. Our tour guide couldn't have been more kind. He was the nicest and most sincere man we have met in Switzerland. Thank you Abraham.

A Can’t Miss Experience!!! - This is a must do excursion and with the tour. The cost is well worth it. It is a lot of logistics to navigate and when you are at the top there are a lot of people to navigate around. Our guide Ramon was excellent!! He knew the workers to jump the lines and get us through everything to see. Also wear good traction shoes as it is icey in areas and we were very careful to not fall. We had snow so that created more excitement for visitors who appeared to have never seen snow laying in it making more obstacles walk around. Our guide continued to help us and move other people along to we could get our photo ops too. Do this tour and I highly recommend our guide so you can see everything. It would be hard to navigate on your own.

Worth the time to make this trip! - Great time. Lucerne pick-up point is not where the paperwork indicates …. It’s behind the building with the McDonalds.
Kid - our guide was incredible. He brought the area to life and made sure everyone got the perfect pictures.
Note that altitude may be an issue. My wife and I are 67, in good health, and we felt it.

Top of Europe on a snowy day - The experience was very enjoyable thanks to our guide, Kid. Although the weather made for a less than stellar trip to the top, Kid made up for it with his enthusiasm, energy and determination to get us there.

Our amazing, memorable day in the Alps - Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The ride to the train station was on an extremely winding road that made my wife very nauseous. When we stopped at the train station to finish the ride to the top of the mountain, my wife felt so bad that she was determined to stay at the train station rather than going the rest of the way. Our guide, Kid, would not hear of us staying back. He took care of us - making sure we were in the front seats on the bus and showing us how to breathe to fight the nausea. It wasn’t too long before my wife was feeling better and ecstatic that she didn’t miss the trip.
Kid - our guide - was unforgettable. He was compassionate, extremely funny and knew how to take control of any situation. He was able to get our entire group to the front of the line and cleared out train cars so our group could all be together. Kid was flamboyant in his attire and personality, and took extremely good care of our group. As we walked through crowds - he would hold on to my wife’s hand and call out group members’ names as we passed through crowds to make sure we were all together.
When we stopped at areas that were big highlights, Kid asked for our cameras and then took photos for each of us.
It was a long day - 9 1/2 hours- but worth every minute. The views were fantastic, the ice castle and the sculptures were amazing and the gondola ride was spectacular overlooking the beautiful valley.
This day was one I will remember as one of the best in my life. I will remember the spectacular scenery and also our tour guide, Kid, who would not let my wife and I stay back. Thank you, Viatour, for an amazing tour. And thank you, Kid, for your compassion, sense of humor, and enthusiasm. You were born to be a tour guide.

Worth every franc! - A+++ for this excursion! We had an excellent guide named Kid- hellllooooo!! He was very experienced and attended to every detail of this day, making it flow nicely and ensured we all had the best time. Kid is very knowledgeable, fun and energetic; his enthusiasm is contagious. We took the tour from Lucerne. The elements of the tour are outstanding, from the transportation to the venues and everything in between. The views are absolutely spectacular! If you only do one thing in Switzerland, this should be it.

Don’t Miss this Tour - Amazing views, a must do when in Switzerland! Even better if you have Kid, our tour guide - full of contagious and fun energy, taking photos for the tourists especially when views not accessible to us, providing information and helpful tips. Kid is a bonus entertainment!
