- Jungfraujoch Sphinx Observatory - Take in panoramic views over the Aletsch Glacier (Europe’s longest glacier) from your vantage point on the Sphinx Observation Terrace. On a clear day, you can see as far as the snow-capped peaks of neighboring countries!
- Eigergletscher - After your time at Jungfraujoch, ride the cogwheel train down to Eigergletscher, where you will change to the V-Cableway Eiger Express. After approx. 15 minutes you will reach Grindelwald Terminal, where the coach awaits for the drive back to Lucerne.

Great tour and would do it again in a heartbeat! - Wonderful opportunity to see two of the famous Alps. Would highly recommend even in summer that you take a heavy sweater or jacket with you for the Ice Palace and the Glacier on Jung Frau. Our tour guide was fantastic and kept us informed on our way but also made us laugh a lot.

Incredible Excursion! - The scenery is incredible! It is also extremely varied. No matter what the weather at one level it can be completely different at another. Our tour, guide Kid, did an exceptional job leading us through the different forms of transportation to get to the top and navigating around the top so we maximize our time. He was also incredibly entertaining and took videos for us on our own phones, to send us home with incredible memories.

Best tour in Switzerland - One of a lifetime experience. Our tour guide Kid was excellent. He took care of everything and everyone. He go the extra mile and take pictures and videos so you can have great memories. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely breathtaking - This was the most breathtaking experience absolutely amazing !!!!! Kid our guide was exceptional and made the experience ten times better. He knew everything about the tour and took the most amazing pictures and tried his best to take the best angles of everyone! He kept the tour engaging the entire time and knew every opportunity to take photos and show us where to look. It was absolutely incredible the mountains, the valleys and the cable car were so beautiful I highly recommend this tour and ask for Kid if you can!

Amazing day in the Alps. - We expected large crowds but our most excellent guide "Kid" maneuvered us around and through with comic relief. As promised it was an amazing day filled with unbelievable sites!

Top Jungfraujoch tour guide! - If you are ever considering a tour to Jungfraujoch—the Top of Europe—look no further than Kid. Kid isn’t just a tour guide. He is an entertainer, a storyteller, and truly a wonderful human being who turns a beautiful trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
From the moment we started our scenic train journey up to the highest railway station in Europe, Kid made sure every single person felt included and excited. He learned everyone’s names right away and somehow made it feel like we were all traveling with a good friend rather than a guide.
The day was filled with breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, time to explore the Ice Palace, and visits to the incredible Sphinx Observatory. But what made it all unforgettable was Kid’s passion and enthusiasm. He constantly interacted with the group, shared stories and fun facts, and went out of his way to capture memories—he took all our photos and made sure no one was left out.
Entertaining is an understatement. Kid absolutely loves his job, and it shows in every smile he brings to people’s faces. He genuinely cares about creating joy and making sure everyone leaves with not just photos but priceless memories.
Kid, it was such a pleasure to meet you and spend this amazing day together. Thank you for everything—you turned this tour into something truly special.

Excellent visit to... - Excellent visit to Jungfraujoch. The tour guide was great - very entertaining and kept us on track. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so some of the areas at Jungfraujoch were closed which was disappointing - however everything else was very well organised. Highly recommend for a day trip out of Lucerne.

Kid and his Team- The Unforgettable Journey - It was very nicely organised. The bus was very luxurious. The whole trip is organised keeping the safety and comfort of tourists.
But, what needs special mention here is the tourist guide, his name is Kid. He is simply amazing and the best guide in the world. The whole trip gets elevated to a much higher level becauseof him. His sense of humour, the way he takes care of each tourist and the memories he helps to create is amazing. It is highly recommended.

Long day trip with hiccups - This trip was advertised having 3 to 3-1/2 hours at the top of the mountain. We actually only had 2 hours once we got there so it did not leave enough time to enjoy the discovery trail, take in the views and grab something to eat. Riding all the modes of transportation was incredible. The gondola ride back down was amazing. I recommend the actual tour company supply clients with a number to reach them day of. Our pick up time was 30 minutes late due to an accident on the way,but we could not reach anyone to see if we were forgotten. Guide also didn’t like using group flag and we lost him a few times in the crowd.
