1. Meet at the Gym / No Pick-Up (Highly Recommended)
   Provide your hotel name or location, and we’ll recommend the nearest FITFAC gym. The location above is one of 11 FITFAC locations. With 11 gyms across Bangkok, 99% of hotels are within a 15-minute drive to one of our gyms.

2. One-Way Hotel Pick-Up
   We’ll collect you from your hotel 30 minutes before your session and take you to the nearest FITFAC gym. (Return transport is not included in this option)

3. Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off Included
   We’ll pick you up 30 minutes before your session and return you to your hotel afterward.

Upon arrival at the gym

You’ll be welcomed by our expert trainers and receive a complimentary pair of Muay Thai shorts (worth 990 Baht) to change into.

Begin with a 15-minute introduction on stance, guard, and warm-up. Then, enjoy 45 minutes of practicing powerful techniques using all eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Your coach will tailor the session to your pace for an enjoyable and personalized 1-hour experience.

If you select Option 3 (Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off), we will also arrange transportation back to your hotel after the training.
