IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS ARRIVE AT OUT CHECK-IN AREA WITH A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTES AHEAD OF THE TOUR’S STARTING TIME. THIS IS TO BE ABLE TO COVER THE TIME NEEDED TO CHECK-IN, SIGN OUR WAIVERS AND RECEIVE THE BASIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ACTIVITY. Must do in Puerto Rico! - This tour was exquisite! I rode Montana—she was an absolute beauty. Our tour guides, Alex and Miguel, were fantastic. Alex shared great information about the land we explored and was kind enough to take photos and videos on my phone so I could capture the memories. I definitely recommend this tour to all visitors! Your bum might be a little sore for a couple of days if you're not used to riding, but it's totally worth it.

Definitely would do this again!! Highly recommend doing this - This was our first time riding horses and the guides made sure our time was nothing short of amazing!! They made sure we were comfortable with the horses first and they had great humor !! We had a great time even though it started to rain it was still amazing. The views were beautiful!!

10/10 WOULD recommend - i would definitely recommend spend the coin and get on that horse. the views were amazing and the horse was surprisingly well behaved.

Wonderful experience for first-timers - This tour was my first time riding a horse and with nerves through the ceiling, I gradually warmed up to my horse Moncho. He was so gentle and took his time along the ride, which helped me to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our guides were especially helpful and made our experience amazing !

Paloma - The guides are wonderful; the horses even better! This is a peaceful ride through lush, well-groomed trails. The guides will take videos and pictures for you so you can focus on enjoying yourself. My horse, Paloma, was calm and obedient. You’ll have a great time. Finish off with a Margarita at the bar!

Ask for Japeth! - Japeth was an incredibly attentive, kind, and patient guide for our group of six friends. He answered all of our many questions in advance. He was flexible and adjusted the plan as needed. He demonstrate both professionalism and warmth. The tour itself was well worth it, and we combined it with a private rain forest tour. As for the horseback riding, Carabali Adventure Park was a well run operation with quality horses. You ride through the jungle to get to the beach, FYI. I thought it was beautiful, but just know this is not a tour where you really ride on the beach. Bottom line - highly recommend the private tour option (picked up from our hotel), as well as Japeth!

A Great Experience - Had an amazing time during the rainforest horseback ride. The company and the process was top notch. Our guide, Beba, was the best! The experience was great in every way and I would highly recommend.

Fun experience - Really fun experience, Billy was a great guide and made sure everyone got pictures! The horses are well trained & I felt safe as a first time horse rider

Great views, amazing experience - I loved the views the whole experience was great! However not experienced AT ALL with horses, unless comfortable with horseback riding you will probably agree with me! The workers came to check on everybody throughout the ride and it made me comfortable but every horse is different. My horse was a little rough, glad I only booked one hour because I couldn’t wait to get off and Uber to the beach! But the staff was great everybody was so nice and helpful

I thought this trail was... - I thought this trail was going to take us by the water but it did not, we passed by a waterfall slide. The trail was right next to the RTV trail. I asked for the instructors to explain how to guide the horses in English because the kids did not know Spanish and they ignored my request. As we waited to start the trail everyone was on their horses huddled in a corner with all the horses bumping each other including our legs smashing together. They took pictures of us on the horses but we were not with our group. One of the instructors was riding another horse hitting all the other horses with a stick to make them go faster after I told him i did not want to gallop. Anytime I told them anything the instructor said "oh well". The experience was great but the workers were not professional, they were fast with everything.
