Experience nature and adrenaline in the Yunque Ziplining which takes place in a breathtaking private estate covering 50 acres located only 45 minutes away from San Juan. A secluded natural jewel, composed of lush rainforest vegetation, mountains and unique wildlife makes the perfect setting for your unforgettable experience in Puerto Rico. Feel the buzz through the rainforest in our 5 ziplines, experience a fun rock rappel, trek across a fun hanging canopy bridge, and enjoy a 10-minute educational hike. At the end of the tour the adventurers will enjoy snacks. Tours meet at 8:30am to be done by 11:00am, or 1:30pm to be done by 4:00pm.
IMPORTANT: At the time of booking please indicate the weights of each participant in pounds (lbs), not in kilograms (kgs). If you submit weights without the units or in kgs we will assume it is in lbs. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT WEIGHT UNIT. Your reservation might be denied if the participants in the group are over the weight limit of 230 lbs.
- Participants are required to weigh 230 lbs or less.
- Please specify if you are driving your own vehicle, taking taxi or Uber driver. IMPORTANT: Please do not allow the taxi or Uber driver to drop you off at the Yunque Ziplining Meeting Point. The driver needs to meet with our tour guide and drive up to the ziplining private estate which is 2 minutes away. We do not provide transportation from the meeting point.
- IMPORTANT: To make your check-in process MUCH FASTER and efficient, please send us your personal email so we can send your personalized waiver form. Once you receive your waiver form click on YES, put a checkmark in ACCEPTANCE and submit as soon as possible. It is mandatory to submit the waiver after the booking is confirmed. Make sure to send the waiver link to all the participants in your group. You and all the participants in your group must accept the waiver online before arrival. IMPORTANT: To make the waiver link work you need to copy & paste into a new browser window. If you click on it from Viator the waiver link will not be available. The waiver links work best with the latest version of Google Chrome. Waivers for minors must be filled out upon arrival.

- By booking our tour you accept Ecorainforest, Inc.’s TERMS & CONDITIONS. TERMS & CONDITIONS PHYSICAL/MEDICAL CONDITION: • Participants must have a good physical condition, have good endurance, good balance and coordination. • Maximum weight allowed is 230 lbs. We accept a maximum waist line of 42” and a maximum thigh measurement of 26”. • Children less than 70 lbs. can do a tandem-ride accompanied by one of our certified tour guides to make sure they make it across the ziplines. • Persons with recent injuries, surgeries, pregnancies or any other health or physical condition which makes performing the activity dangerous for you and the group are not allowed to participate. • You cannot participate if you suffer any impediments including heart problems, back problem, neck problems, respiratory ailments, epileptic seizures, have a weakness or medical problems with your legs, are blind or visually impaired, are hearing impaired and/or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Guests must be ambulatory. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted and we will deny participation to guests arriving in wheelchairs or electric scooters. • This activity in NOT recommended for participants afraid of heights. The participants are required to concentrate and follow instructions in order to accomplish the zipline courses safely. AGE / GROUPS LIMITATIONS: • We accept participants between 7 and 68 years of age for our Yunque Ziplining tour. • Please check our website for age requirements of other tours. • Please be aware that most participants over the age of 65 (even very active ones) usually cannot keep up the required pace - cope with the harsh terrain and regularly do not complete the adventure. This usually slows everyone down and can result in a safety hazard. • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult (21 or over) who can sign a liability waiver for the minor in the presence of an EcoRainforest authorize representative. All guests must fill out a waiver and medical questionnaire the day of the activity. • For safety reasons we take a maximum of 12 participants per session and we keep our groups together at all times. All the activities have to be performed to complete the adventure course in the rainforest. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Your safety and enjoyment will depend greatly on following your guide’s instructions. • You will be informed of potential risks that may arise in the adventure (hiking trails, river journeys, ascent and descent by rope) although this does not necessarily guarantee the safety of these activities. Some hazards that you may encounter during the adventure are: falling objects, insect bites, irregular and unstable paths, rock slides, rivers that may surge at any given moment, branches or other objects that may impede your movement along trails and cliffs. • No alcohol consumption, smoking or cellular usage are allowed during the activity. • EcoRainforest is not responsible for personal items left in our premises. We do not store any belongings for our clients. Please carry with you only what is necessary for the tour including the method of payment. • It is customary to leave a 15% gratuity tip in recognition for the exceptional service of our tour guides. It is always up to the guest to determine what they feel is an appropriate tip amount. • Fareharbor Online Booking requests are recommended to be made 3 days before the activity. • If your reservation is less than 12 hours in advance of tour, please call to check availability. • To help avoid your credit card to be declined at the moment of payment, we recommend customers to authorize the total charges with their credit card company beforehand. Many credit card companies protect their customers from fraudulent charges and will not authorize charges done outside of their country of origin. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Our cancellation policy dictates that if the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the tour, the customer gets charged the full amount. • Cancellation notices MUST be sent by email. • If EcoRainforest cancels the tour, the customer receives a full refund. • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows the day of the activity. No partial refunds or credits will be issued if the participant is unable to complete the adventure. • EcoRainforest reserves the right to cancel an activity if the minimum amount of participants is not completed 24 hours before the adventure or for safety reasons. Should this be necessary you will receive a full credit or refund. • The adventure is not cancelled due to rain. Only severe weather or any other unexpected natural disaster may result in the cancellation of the activity and you will not be charged. • We cannot guarantee availabilities for a requested tour rebooking. REQUIRED PHOTO ID NOTICE: • I agree that the cardholder of the credit card used to pay for the tour will be present the day of the tour with its physical credit card and a valid photo ID. • If the cardholder is not present on the day of the tour, a photocopy of its credit card and photo ID will be submitted. • If no photo ID is presented, I and my group will not be allowed to participate in the tour. No refunds will be provided for not participating in the tour. • I hereby agree and authorize that photos will be taken of my physical credit card and photo ID the day of the tour. Fun Zipping Round Yunque - Zip lining was amazing! It isn't something I experienced before due to fear of heights, but I not only conquered my fear but had a blast. They have numerous runs through the forest, some spectacular views, and a bonus experience repelling down a short rock wall. I felt very safe with the tour guides and the procedures of the company. We were able to ask a lot of questions to learn more about the trees in the forest and even saw the elusive coqui frog.

Fun & Educational Adventure with Excellent Guides! - Very glad we made the choice to go ziplining with Yunque! Ray and Luisa were outstanding! Incredibly knowledgeable about the area, patient, friendly, and generally lovely to be around. My biology loving sister was thrilled to hear all about the flora and fauna of the area. Our whole group were first-time rappelers and our guides were excellent teachers and cheerleaders for everyone. The views from the 5 ziplines we did were breathtaking. Highly recommend Yunque (especially Luisa y Ray) if you're looking for a ziplining adventure while in PR. Remember to leave no trace :)

Mi hermana estaba encantada de conocer sobre toda la flora y fauna de la zona. Nuestro grupo nunca había rappelled antes, pero nuestros guías eran excelentes maestros para todos. Las vistas desde las tirolesas eran increíbles. Recomiendo encarecidamente Yunque si planeas hacer tirolina en PR.

Hands down hella dope🔥🔥 - Omg I had an amazing zip lining experience and would absolutely recommend it. From start to finish, everything was well organized and professional. Ray and Luisa were friendly, knowledgeable, and made safety a clear priority, which helped everyone feel comfortable and excited.
The views were incredible and soaring through the air was both thrilling and peaceful at the same time. Each line was unique and gave a new perspective of the landscape, making the experience feel fresh all the way through.
It was the perfect mix of adventure and fun, and I would definitely do it again. If you are looking for an unforgettable outdoor experience, this zip lining tour is 100 percent worth it. Thank you both for the experience forever. Grateful me and my daughters had a blast. We love you, Puerto Rico

10 out of 10 ! - 10 out of 10! Ray and Luisa were phenomenal guides. Not only did we do the six zip lines which were breathe taking, but they also talked about many plants and animals that were inside the rainforest so we got to learn a lot! So kind and even gave my mom a crown to wear for her birthday!

Great time! - Great time and very easy experience! Rey and Luisa did amazing with everyone in our group. Definitely worth the visit if you are wanting to zip line in/near the rainforest!
You drive to a spot next to a basketball court and one of the guides meets you and the group there. From there, you take a short 5 min drive up into the mountains to the zipline facility. You get a quick tutorial and hit the trail. You’ll go across 5 awesome ziplines with just a little hiking in between a couple of them. Nothing too strenuous. The guides take time during the hike to discuss lots of different things in the forest, from trees/plants to insects/animals and the island as a whole. It was very informative and engaging! There is one spot you repel down about 20 feet. Once again, this is a very simple task that they are right there helping you navigate.
The zip line process is very simple as they get you hooked in and secure and assist with stopping in each line.
Definitely was a great experience! We had children as young as 8 yrs old to people about 45/50 and everyone had a blast!

Amazing family activity in PR! - Paola and Gabriel were fantastic guides! We felt very safe and learned so much not just about ziplining and repelling but about the rain forest and area. It was a great experience all around and one we would highly recommend to families with teenagers.
