Luxembourg is beautiful - This was an interesting tour in a very beautiful place. The traffic made for a very long day but it’s a small price to pay to visit such a nice venue. The tour guide , Veronica, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to take another tour of this kind again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great day trip without having to figure it all out on your own - The guide was a delight. Not particularly chatty, but he would answer your questions. The bus stops about 90 minutes after departure at a gas station for snacks. The toilet is 1€, which can be a surprise to people not accustomed to countries where that is common. It does take tap to pay. In Luxembourg, you have a short optional tour, followed by about two hours on your own. Plenty of time to either walk the city or have a leisurely lunch. In Luxembourg, public transportation, toilets, and occasionally water stations are all free. If you love mermaids, by all means, go see the mermaid, but remember that after you walk down, you have to walk back up! In Dinant, you have an hour total, including another brief tour. It is a small town, so you have time to see the sax museum and church, or ride up to the Citadel, but probably not lingering in a cafe. If you do nothing else, you probably have time for Maison Leffe if that is your favorite beer. There are not easily available restrooms (nor one on the bus), so plan to stop in a bar and buy a drink. US T-Mobile partner cell signal availability was extremely spotty. Both cities have free public Wi-Fi available in many parts of town, but in Luxembourg, you must receive a text first to sign in, which complicates things.

Long Bus Ride for 2 Delightful Towns - Luxembourg and Dinant were both a delight to visit! We really enjoyed walking around both. Our tour guide was thorough in her descriptions of these towns. I would have rated this a 5 if not for the interminable bus ride to get to these towns. The entire time of the tour was about 10 hours, with maybe 3-4 hours total of that in the towns. Fortunately the towns were worth seeing. If you can handle a long bus ride, go for it!

A very long day on a bus - It is a long bus ride (3-4 hours each direction). We did have bad traffic so the tour was 12.5 hours. When you have a bunch of old people on a bus the first thing the tour guide should say when we arrive somewhere is where the toilets are located. Luxembourg was nice but not sure if it was worth the bus ride.

Okej - The trip was beautiful. However, our tour guide, Pablo, mostly spoke in Spanish. I had chosen the English option when booking the trip, but once we got on the bus, he mainly spoke Spanish. He explained most of the things in Spanish and gave more attention to the Spanish-speaking group than to us. When booking, there was an option to choose between Spanish and English, and I clearly selected English — but in the end, it was almost all in Spanish. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Luxembourg & Dinnant are... - Luxembourg & Dinnant are exceptionally beautiful, quite lovely and romantic places to visit. A definite MUST SEE / MUST DO !!! The experience was quite worthy ! There were 2 major issues that took away from the experience and caused me to rate it a 3 of 5. 1st problem was our guide; he was very knowledgeable, informative & polite but spoke in a very low tone despite using the headphones / microphones, was hard to hear and difficult to understand. He had long silent moments. He seemed to lack basic tour guide etiquette; it was at least 1 .5 hrs before he introduced himself as the Tour Guide. He said his name once, maybe it was David ??? he did not provide the group with timely essential information regarding the tour and totally lacked group interaction skills. 2nd: the Tour was advertised / book in English. However, there were several Spanish speaking individuals on the tour, which meant that all information was repeated in Spanish as well. The back and forth language translations were disruptive to having a more immerssive experience and contributed to moments of boredom for both groups. Viator should be aware that when they combine tours for their profits / bottom line, this distracts and detracts from a much more enjoyable experience for all. I have seen this similar feedback before regarding this tour. Maybe Viator should listen and fix this problem or potential new tourists should think twice and book elsewhere for a better Luxembourg / Dinnant experience .

This is a bilingual tour. - The tour states that it's English tour. I specifically chose the English tour. However it's bilingual tour. The tour guide only did the minimal explanation.

Political Opinions and Comments - UNACCEPTABLE!!! - The tour guide gave his personal political comments, speaking about how Donald Trump is asking the country to pay more %, and then says this isn’t right because of the population and that it’s not how it should be, says that Donald Trump is not the President of the world and that he cannot tell other countries what to do. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I don’t like Trump either but I didn’t pay for a tour with personal political comments. And this is right at the beginning, within the first 30 minutes of a 12+ hour tour. I just want to get the crap out of this tour and away from this. This tour guide needs to be fired. And if this is indeed part of the speech, than this company needs to close. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE way to start the day, I am now pissed off for the entire day. I did not pay for this. Buyers beware of this crap.
