Excellent Tour of Dinant and Luxembourg - Excellent trip to Dinant and Luxembourg. We had the guide Stefan—he was fantastic! He shared lots of history and interesting facts as well as being a great group leader. The cities themselves were beautiful and full of things to see and learn about. The coach was comfortable and driven smoothly. We enjoyed this tour and absolutely recommend it.

Luxembourg is a bucket list and Dinant is a great treat! - This tour was great!! It was a long, but very rewarding day! Let me start by saying that I can’t say enough good things about this tour operator. I used them for all my day trips in Brussels and they were amazing. Nice greeters, good drivers, great tour guides and clean buses. As a solo female traveler, I felt 100% safe in their care. Because of the Dinant Jazz Festival, the tour guide actually flipped the itinerary, so we went to Dinant first. This little town hadn’t really been on my radar, but, my goodness I’m glad I didn’t miss it!! We didn’t have a lot of time there, but it was great to see it. Stefan was AMAZING!! he gave us lots of history and information. (Note that he did the tour in two languages, but handled it beautifully so it wasn’t difficult to keep up.) We did about a 40 minute walking tour around the city and then had about 30 minutes of free time. Then we went on to Luxembourg which was just fantastic. Upon arrival, Stefan walked us into town and got us acquainted with some key sights before dropping us in the main square to get some lunch and to have some free time. Then, we started a 2.5 hour walking tour. Stefan showed us everything!! He even walked us down into the old town!! It was incredible!! A rain storm slowed us down, so we didn’t get very much free time at the end, but no one can help the weather - BTW: pack an umbrella! You’ll need it!! The drive back (because of the reversed itinerary) was long, but the nap was nice, so no big deal. Take the tour! It was great to see the magnificence of these two places!

Dilant/Luxembourg - A long day, but very interesting tour. Dilant was quaint and picturesque. Luxembourg was delightful. Bring snacks, good walking shoes, and water. Stephan was a wonderful guide and historian. We finished the tour with a new understanding of Belgium / Luxembourg history. Well done!!

Perfect Way to Appreciate Luxembourg (while staying in Brussels) - I have never been to Luxembourg, and this albeit long daytrip from Brussels was perfect. Getting to visit Dinant in Belgium en route was an added bonus. Bruno our guide was excellent, profusely knowledgeable about everything. (If Elon Musk made a good looking robot, it would be Bruno.) I really appreciated the guided walking tours in each location and then the freedom of time to explore and enjoy on my own. Luxembourg is my 110th country on the TCC list.

Read my review - A must visit. Yes it is a long day trip but it's beautiful. Unfortunately we did not get a good guide. Our guide was Sergio and he was absolutely average. He skipped a few places like the notre dam in Luxembourg. It is one of the most important sites. As per the schedule we had 30 minutes at this place but he rushed us. Yes there was mass going on but there was a section where visitors were allowed to be. So instead of allowing us to be there for sometime he rushed us. He gave information but not much. Many places he said this is here and you can visit. He did not take us. For example even in Dinant he was supposed to take us to Adolf Sax museum. He did not even talk about it. And as per the itinerary they have given 30 minutes at this place. We had to ask him about it then he told us where it is and just asked us to go by ourselves. No explanation given. It is one of the main attractions of Dinant. We were disappointed with the tour guide. I will recommend the tour but hopefully you don't get Sergio as your guide. If you get Veronica then you are going to have an awesome trip.

Amazing guide - It was a nice trip with the best guide (Paolo) and our amazing driver. He was explained very well along the trip about the history and also, shared info related to how and where we can enjoy ourselves in the city either Luxembourg or Brussels.

Long day- big group- beautiful cities - It was a long day mostly of driving and they packed the bus full every seat. Worth the price we paid but if you want to be more comfortable choose another tour. The guide, Jan, was fantastic and knowledgeable.

Disappointing. Need more time in Luxembourg and better logistics - Our guide, Jan, was excellent both on the journey and the Luxembourg orientation. The tour kept to schedule despite an 11+ hour day. After the orientation in Luxembourg we had enough free time for lunch or explore but not both. The trip is rated only 3 stars as the visit to Dinant on the way back was terrible. There are no public washrooms and the only option was to pay to go into the fortress or buy something at a cafe/restaurant which took all the time. Essentially paying €20 to use the washroom and not see any of the town was a total waste. Very disappointing. The trip should stop at a service centre before Dinant or the tour company should make arrangements with a local restaurant.

Skip this tour - Everything is as advertised, just not what I envisioned. With a 6 hour round trip commute, I had higher expectations in general. We had 3 hours total in Luxembourg, with only 2 hours of free time, which was insufficient time for both lunch and to explore the city. Afterwards, we went to Dinant, where we had 1.5 hours of free time. The city is a such a niche place for those interested in the origin of the saxophone. However, there’s actually nothing to do there, and you can see the few main attractions in 30 minutes. I’m just baffled at how this time was split up and why Dinant would even be included in this tourist tour (I’m assuming most people went on the tour for Luxemburg as the main attraction). After taking this tour, my main recommendation is to take the train from Belgium to Luxembourg yourself and explore on your own time. Skip Dinant. I’m fairly dissatisfied with the tour and wish I did this in the first place.
