Light and sound show - We had a very nice trip, Michael our guide was very well informed and gave us a lot of history about the temple and hieroglyphics.
My mum is less able in walking and he took time to show us around before we went in to the temple. The dinner was nice and near the Nile view. Would highly recommend this tour and services to others.

Karnak complex at night light show - Audio & Light show at Karnak temple complex is nice and with the audio guide for everybody understandable. The light show could have some more action and ligth efects .our guide Michael explained to us the history around, before the show started, to have some histrical backround .

Amazing night at the Sound & Light Show - Our 1st night we got to Experience the Sound & Light Show at the Karnak Temple with the best tour group called #GetEgyptVacation They picked us up from ship, which was not directly in the city, in a private air conditioned car. They got us there early and we had 1st choice of seating! This was our 1st glance at the massive temples that were built. It was unreal. This temple is most important because 9+ different Kings added to the temple. They added statues of themselves or anything they wanted to be remembered at this temple. This includes King Tut, Ramses II, Hatshepsut, & many many others making it a vast complex instead of a single temple. It took 2000 years & it started in 1630 BCE & final addition was made by the Romans....
After the show, our amazing guides, Mina and Amir, took us to a rooftop bar to celebrate our birthdays. It was a total surprise! They got us drinks...our 1st as it was dry in Cairo. We love them...we booked 2 more tours with them including our last day will be with them at the Red Sea..Hourghada!!!!
If you're thinking of booking with Get Egypt Vacations, stop thinking and just book it. I have 2 more reviews to write about our amazing times with them. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Fabulous night at Karnak Sound & Light Show! - Really loved the beautiful minivan that came to our AMALilia ship to pick us up for this much anticipated excursion! Both the driver and guide were courteous and we made it to Karnak temple within 30 minutes. The four of us arrived early and a bit past 8 pm, they started the show! The first 20 minutes were at the sphinxes and first colonnades and we enjoyed the “conversations” and music and nice lighting. My friend mentioned that she thought the dialogue was a bit dated and cheesy… but I enjoyed the “feeling” of being in the presence of Amun and how life was in this temple!
Next, we moved on to the lotus colonnades where we were treated for 20 minutes to voices from the Middle Kingdom and more lit artifacts.
Finally, our last 20 minutes, we were seated looking over the lake and Hatshepsut’s voice filled much of the dialogue. If you’re into history with a bit of dated, cheesy voices/music (think 1960’s Star Trek TOS!) you’ll really enjoy this sound and light show!
After the show, we were promptly picked up and on our way back to the ship, we had lovely views of Luxor Temple all lit up in the evening!

Professional - The pick up and drop of was very smooth and the guide was very professional and knowledgeable not just about our trip but about a lot in the city. Th driver was very courteous and safe.
The light and sound was beautiful very nice to walk around the ruins at night and hear the history being told.

Cool seeing the Karnak temples at night - The tour itself is a bit cheesy. But it was cool seeing the temple at night. Probably could have done it without a guide but it was convenient being picked up and dropped off
