This site was utilized for nearly 500 years, from the 16th to the 11th century BC, where rock-cut tombs were created for pharaohs and influential nobles. Notable tombs include those of King Ramses IV, Merneptah, Ramses III, Siptah, Tuthmosis III, Amenhotep III, Tausert & Setnakht, as well as the tombs of Tutankhamun, Ramses VI, and Seti I.
- Temple of Hatshepsut - Proceed to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahri, constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, one of ancient Egypt’s most successful pharaohs. The temple’s design and location are unique among ancient Egyptian landmarks. It was built into the face of steep cliffs in the valley basin of Deir el-Bahari, surrounded by towering cliffs.
- Colossi of Memnon - Begin the full-day Luxor tour by transferring to the west bank of the River Nile, where you can enjoy a photo stop at the two Colossi of Memnon, which mark the remains of the funerary temple built by King Amenhotep III.

The temple was built by King Amenhotep III and Ramses II, with construction spanning hundreds of years, beginning around 1400 BC. After the visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.
