Never been on hot air balloon before so is a great experience - Tour was amazing! Jack sorted everything for me. I only booked it the night before! Felt like vip, pick up was bang on time outside hotel. Got a boat across without any waiting around. Day was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for it any better!
