Transport from port to MIA super easy! - Very impressed with the responsiveness, promptness and condition of the vehicle. I originally booked a SUV for 6 people plus luggage for a transport from Miami port to MIA. Owner contacted me with concerns whether everyone + luggage would fit. We decided to rebook a bigger van at his suggestion. Not much more money for 3 couples and no hassles trying to fit all our luggage. The whole time, they were extremely responsive to my questions & concerns. Day of pickup was a breeze—he was early, contacted me as soon as he was there and pick up went off without a hitch. Our driver was super friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Smooth, Easy, Timely Transfer - Our driver, Robert, was excellent. He was prompt in picking us up from the cruise port and knew how to use every inch of his vehicle (Tahoe? Suburban?) to load 6 pieces of luggage, 4 roller carry-ons, 5 backpacks and 6 passengers. Robert also displayed his experience by driving us around the huge traffic backups, yet still getting us to FLL airport with plenty of time to spare. I should also say that communication with Viator and Rober was excellent. I booked this transfer last-minute (less than 24hrs in advance) and booked the wrong trip. Viator contacted me via email and the app and helped me rebook the correct trip (although the descriptions weren't very clear to me). Robert & I communicated very well thru Whatsapp. It was only an issue when the internet was spotty while on the ship and in the pickup area. Otherwise, we connected well and often. This wasn't our family's first transfer using Viator and it won't be our last. I'll probably opt for a larger vehicle (e.g. Sprinter, mini van) as it was pretty tight for the 6'7 and 6'3 passengers with all the luggage. But overall, a great experience!

Wonderful service - Wonderful service! The driver text as we landed and was promptly waiting for us in baggage claim. The vehicle was very cleaned, the air conditioner was already on blast and he had cold water waiting for us. Will definitely use this service again.

Max is the man to get when in Miami - Max was awesome. His effectiveness in Communications on his arrival and waiting on us to get off the cruise ship. Very friendly and a played the best game of Tetris with our luggage. Max is the best. 6 people and 18 pieces of luggage

Highly recommend! - This was a very seamless process from Miami airport to our South Beach hotel. The driver was on time, courteous, and communicated with us via text to confirm meeting at baggage claim. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Prompt and efficient - We used this car transfer service to take us from Miami Cruise Terminal to MIA. At first, we had some difficulty coordinating our pickup with Jorge. But once he located us, he got us to the airport promptly and efficiently. The service was worth it because seven cruise ships all arrived Sunday morning.
