Comfortable and prompt transfer - We booked our transfer via Klook. The driver contacted the hotel nearby it's arrival time. As our hotel is located in the old town, we took a while to find our booked car since there is no car plate number provided to look out for. Luckily there isa phone number which we could contact to ask for further information. The car that pick us up is clean and spacious and brought us to the airport promptly.

Perfect service. - Excellent service with best customer service. The instructions provided for meet and greet were very helpful. We had a guy waiting for us at IST Airport exactly as mentioned. The driver was very polite and helpful. Vert pleased.

Taxi transfer from Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen to Hotel - Smooth trip (apart from lots of traffic) and instructions for finding the taxi were clear - didn't need to call or text because I was given instructions in advance

Terrible business class overnight management by Turkish Airlines. - Busibess class customer service lounge at Istanbul airport. Our flight Flight delayed by 3 hours from Tokyo. We arrived at 9 PM. Transfer planned by TK to hotel in dowtown Istanbul was not worth it as our flight next day was early morning. No other solution whatsoever was proposed to us. We had to spend the night on the sofas. We where willing to pay the extra charge for the hotel at the aéroport but they didn't agree. We waited 2 hours for a shower. It was already 1 AM. The sleeping pods are available only if your transit is Less than 9 hours. The second lounge is available only for 5 hours this would have worked only if we check in at 3 AM. To get up at 5 AM. Terrible customer service.

Worst taxi experience - The worst taxi experience of my life. The driver was extremely rude and he left us 700 meters away from the hotel with the luggage and kids in the middle of traffic. Even if the road to the hotel was closed, he could have dropped us to the nearby intersection, but the driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. We have informed our agent to not use this service ever again.
