Upon confirmation of your order, your flight number, hotel address, and contact details will be received. A confirmation email from our customer service team will be sent to you, containing your full name, contact details, flight number and arrival time, number of passengers, and hotel name and address.
The driver will adjust the service time flexibly according to your flight number. Regardless of any flight delay, diversion, or early arrival, the service will be provided based on the actual arrival time of your flight.
You will receive an email before your flight lands, which you can check upon arrival. This email includes the driver’s license plate number, relevant information, and waiting location. Based on the flight number provided, the driver will wait for you at the International or Domestic Arrival hall, holding a sign for pick-up. The sign will display your name, flight number, and the driver’s license plate number to help you locate the driver quickly.
Airport Drop-off Service
Once your order is confirmed, your flight number, hotel address, and contact information will be received. A confirmation email will be sent to you 2 hours before the service begins, including the vehicle color, license plate number, driver’s relevant information, and waiting location. The driver will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled service time at your booked location and wait by the vehicle to greet you, ensuring you can easily find the driver at the hotel gate or other designated locations.
The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Whether traveling alone or with family, all vehicles are equipped with umbrellas, bottled water, in-car Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample legroom, all provided at no extra cost to ensure a spacious and comfortable travel experience.
II. Route
The driver will check real-time traffic conditions using mobile phone maps, select a comfortable, smooth, and safe route, and safely transport you and your companions to the hotel or airport.

III. Pricing
The all-inclusive fixed price covers: vehicle rental fee, highway tolls, parking fees (airport or railway station), and road and bridge tolls. The price excludes: fees not directly related to vehicle use, scenic spot tickets, etc.
IV. Important Notes
Each passenger may carry one suitcase and one small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles) may have specific restrictions; please consult customer service before travel to confirm compliance with regulations.
Lost & Found Policy
If the driver finds any lost items, they or customer service will contact the passenger to arrange the return method. Specific details will be based on the negotiation result between both parties. If fees are involved, they will be borne by the passenger, and no invoice will be provided.
Vehicle Cleaning & Damage Fees
If the vehicle is contaminated (e.g., the passenger steps on the vehicle, vomits, or a child urinates or defecates in the vehicle without protection, causing it to be dirty or smelly) or damaged due to the passenger’s actions, the passenger must cover losses such as cleaning or maintenance fees. The specific amount will be determined through negotiation between the driver and the passenger based on the actual loss. Invoices are not provided for these fees.
Grounds for Refusal of Service (Driver Not Liable)
The driver will be unable to provide service in the following scenarios:
- The luggage or items exceed the volume or size limit of the vehicle’s trunk.
- The number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
- The passenger organizes others to carpool in a paid manner, such as collecting money.
- The passenger requests the driver to transport goods separately without taking the vehicle.
- The passenger carries dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, and corrosive substances, as well as controlled instruments like crossbows and daggers.
- The passenger carries pets or live poultry without prior agreement (except guide dogs).
