- Clients must provide an email address.
- Clients will receive a text with the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours before pick-up. Another text will be sent when the chauffeur arrives.
- Clients have a 10-minute waiting period for non-airport pick-ups and a 60-minute waiting period for airport pick-ups. After this, additional charges will apply. If there is no contact during the waiting period, the chauffeur will leave, and the client will be charged 100%. Proof of call, text, or GPS logs will be provided.
- If more time is needed and communicated during the waiting period, the chauffeur will wait as long as necessary, but extra waiting charges will apply and must be paid to the chauffeur.
- Sedans can accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags, while SUVs can hold up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags. Excessive luggage is not allowed in the seating area, so choose the vehicle type carefully. Oversized luggage, such as golf clubs, bikes, weapons, and sports equipment, is restricted. Please contact us before traveling to adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
- Child seats are not provided by the local supplier. They are mandatory and the responsibility of the parents or guardians.

A+++ awesome job! :) - This guy was awesome!! Super friendly. Best pick up we ever had. Picked us up during rush hour at ohare. Great communication. Was super easy and not expensive. Way better than Uber or taxi. I would get him every time.

Good ride after horrible flight - My flight was delayed 6 hours. I was assured that the driver would be at the airport upon my arrival. Chris the driver kept in contact with with me. Direct me to pick point. The car was like new and Chris was very professional.

Excellent service. The best! - The great experience started from the time I made the reservation. The staff called me to keep me up to date. Our driver Farhat was great and the service was excellent. Received a text to see how we were enjoying Chicago that same evening from the company. Picked us up on time. SUV was very clean especially in the time of covid. Would recommend to all that read this review. Thanks again!

Top notch A+ service - My driver was amazing with communication, especially when it came to picking me up at the airport. He tracked my flight so he knew exactly when I landed and was ready for me. The SUV was spotless and I get safe and taken care of. From here on out this is the only driving service I will be using. In these uncertain times, it feels good that I can be certain about the level of service I will get.

Chicago O’Hare to downtown - Booked directly through the Chiefs website. Easy to use and got immediate confirmation with details about the pick up location and time. We were greeted by Mary at arrivals with our name clearly displayed. Mary escorted us to a really well presented SUV, big enough for 5 of us and loads of luggage. Great transfer in a luxury vehicle and Mary was a very considerate driver making us feel at ease in a busy unfamiliar city. Later in the week I contacted Kalo by text and arranged a pick up from the Ice Hockey at Union Centre, with three small children I just wanted the comfort of knowing that someone would be there to pick us up. Despite us being badly delayed by the match Mary was waiting patiently for us.
Finally on the day of our departure our flight was cancelled and the rearranged flight was brought forward by 4 hours. I contacted Kalo and within 10 minutes he confirmed he could rearrange his drivers and accommodate our very last minute change.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kalo and Chief Chicago Limo.

Great service - Met as soon as we came out of baggage claim. Vehicle was clean, Mary was awesome. Process could not have been any easier. Definitely will use them every time we are in Chicago!
