Stress-free and excellent service - Stress-free and excellent service. Our driver Giorgos was professional and friendly, assisting us with all our luggage on pick up and drop off. The transportation vehicle itself was very comfortable, with plenty of leg room, and very clean. The drive to our accomodation was 7min during which time our driver kept us updated on the expected time for arrival and offering friendly conversation. I highly recommend.

Airport Transfer - Punctual. Turned up on time on both occasions and got us to our final location in a timely manner. When I needed to make a change to a pickup for both time and location. I reached out to the operations director who amended the itinerary without fuss, and also to the request of the change of location. No additional charges incurred. I would use the service again. Chania airport to Chania old town transfer time is roughly 30 mins.

Amazing service and experience. 2 Thumbs Up - Excellent service. I was contacted few days before my arrival, everything was precise, they take care of every client like a VIP . the driver waited outside. The Van is very clean and new and with VIP luxurious interior. Me and my family had a very nice experience. In my last they also contacted me insured thr time of pick up. The drivers are very nice and hospitable. I am definitely going to use their service again. And i recommend it for others.

Good transfer from and to airport - Ordered transfer from Chania to Rethymno and back. All went well and on time. Cars were new and in good condition. Prices cheaper than by using Booking to reserve a trip.
