Exceeded my expectations, great service! - We used this service yesterday and it exceeded my expectations! Their communication with us was excellent, our driver was very friendly and helpful and the vehicle was really comfortable for our family of 5. It was a much better way to get from the airport to Red Hook than the typical taxi service on St. Thomas. Highly recommend.

MarQuise is the man. - MarQuise is the best!! He gave us a cool, comfortable ride to our resort in a clean, new SUV and provided great conversation. Then, when it was time to return to the airport, there was an accident closing the road to our hotel, MarQuise connected with us and met us on the scene and pulled out some amazing driving skills to navigate the road and get us quickly and safely to the airport! Can't say enough great things!

Terrible service! - We had scheduled an airport pick up that was booked through our hotel. I was told that there would be driver waiting as soon as we landed. This was not the case. We called Tropical directly and spoke with Chris. He said there was no car since he tried to reach me but I did not answer. I explained I was on the flight and has no phone service. But I never received a message or a missed call from him. He then said a car would be there shortly but 30 minutes had passed and no car! We had a boat to catch so I was extremely frustrated. I called back and he said someone was on the way and that we never informed him we did not have checked bags which take longer and that there were three cruise ships that had come in causing an issue. No one had ever asked if we had checked bags, how am I suppose to know they need that information! And its not my problem there are cruise ships! He put the blame all on me for this late pick up! It was obvious he just never scheduled a driver for us. Once the driver finally arrived he did his best to get us to the port on time by driving a different route through the hills at super fast speeds. It was a stressful ride and could not wait to get out of this car. I do not recommend using this company. Chris was so rude and unapologetic. This ride cost us $175, they should have at least offered to cover this cost since this is not the service I paid for!

Stressful - This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable. We nearly missed our flight due to the lack of communication and coordination between your teams. I am requesting a full refund for the transfer service and expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly.

No show on booked reservation - No show. Car company couldn’t find reservation & details. I was charged & have confirm number. How do I go about getting a refund on this reservation?
