3. Pickup Notification
   For airport pickups, the driver will monitor your flight status and text you upon landing to guide you to the meeting point. Ensure your phone is on and operational for a seamless connection.

4. Pickup Process & Waiting Time
   Your driver will arrive punctually and assist with your luggage. We offer a complimentary 60-minute waiting period for airport pickups. After this grace period, additional charges will apply. If contact cannot be made within the included waiting time, the driver will depart, and a full charge will be applied.

5. Journey
