Provide your pickup/drop-off details, time, flight/cruise information (if applicable), and number of passengers
Select your preferred vehicle type

Receive booking confirmation with all ride details via SMS or email
Driver details and contact will be provided closer to pickup time

Step 3: Pickup & Meet-and-Greet
Airport/Cruise Pickup: Your driver will meet you inside the terminal or arrival hall, holding a sign with your name
Hotel/Residence Pickup: Driver will meet you in the lobby or at the front entrance
Flight tracking included – adjustments made for early or delayed arrivals

Step 4: Comfortable Journey

Bottled water and phone charging may be available in premium cars

Step 5: Drop-off
