   Once a traveler books the service on Viator, they promptly receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including the pickup location, estimated travel time, and emergency contact numbers.

2. Pre-Trip Communication:

24 hours before the scheduled arrival, our team sends a WhatsApp or email message with final confirmation. This includes:

• The name of the assigned driver or greeter

• Meeting point instructions

• A contact number in case of any issues

3. Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST):
   After clearing passport control and collecting luggage, travelers proceed directly to Gate 14 in the Arrival Hall, where our agent is waiting.

4. Meet & Greet:
   Our agent will be holding a visible sign labeled “SBL”. The traveler is warmly greeted and assisted with their luggage.
