Highly recommended - We received a great service from Phong today. Excellent communication. Seamless pick-up. Clean, tidy, very comfortable car and safe driving - at a quarter of the price of our hotel’s service. Suggestions of local activity and shopping were offered and appreciated, although we did not need them on this occasion. Highly recommend

Service was above and beyond - A perfect welcome to Vietnam. They went above and beyond with their service. The operator and driver both contacted me prior to landing to provide instructions, and the driver was early and patiently waited. We travelled from Danang airport to Hoi An and needed to purchase a TENS machine for back pain. Not only did they make the extra stop for us free of charge, they also researched stores that sold the machine for us ahead of time, and patiently took us to 3 places to find the right machine. I would highly highly recommend this operator.

Disappointing transfer- No Wifi - I booked a return transfer from DaNang to Hoian and paid tô have Wifi on board. However, to our disappointment there was no Wifi on the van and no explanation. We paid a bit more as Grabbing would have been much cheaper because we wanted comfort and wifi.
