Family holiday with a great service - I would like to thank Magia VIP for a great experience, we used them for our private transfer from dalman airport to Marmaris and back again. We had WiFi, drinks and the drivers were Very helpful, the communication via messenger was always good giving us plenty of information for everything we needed to know. We also booked a jeep safari with them and as a family we absolutely loved it, we will definitely book again and also next time more trips. Thanks again Magia VIP for a great time.

Provider charged extra for the drop off and send wrong car - mini SUV not the Van which is advertised here - Totally unfair experience where I got stuck for almost 3 hours chatting with both Viator customer support and the activity provider while I actually needed to head to the airport. First of all, when booking through Viator, the system accepts the drop-off location which you will state and calculates the rate accordingly. However, the activity provider only contacted me after the free cancellation period had already passed, claiming that the drop-off location was “not stated” in the booking. Indeed, the confirmation only showed the flight number, not the actual drop-off point. Then the provider informed me that I had to pay an extra €30 for drop-off to Bodrum Airport, which was also confirmed by Viator support. I agreed to pay it because I had no other option at that stage, it was evening prior my morning pick up next day. On the day of pickup, instead of the advertised VIP Van, they sent a small mini SUV. The provider also didn’t pick up the call in the morning when I wanted to ask about wrong vehicle type was sent. Since this was an airport transfer, I didn’t have the luxury of finding another option last minute. The booking was non-refundable, and despite the clear downgrade in vehicle type, the provider refused even a partial refund. The driver himself was polite and professional. The car was clean, WiFi was available along with soft drink. I still paid the €30 directly to the driver because I do not believe this situation was his fault, and I’m sure poor management would probably deduct it from his salary otherwise. However, for the price paid - 120 $ plus 30 € you can easy find big comfortable Van with other providers in the area. Overall, this was a stressful, poorly organized, and overpriced experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this particular service provider.
