In this pizza master class, participants will learn to make pizza dough balls. They will weigh, shape, and allow them to rise. Then, using pre-prepared, leavened dough balls, participants will craft their own pizza bases and choose their preferred toppings. Each person will have the chance to bake a pizza with a 25 cm diameter. While the pizzas bake, the master class leader will share insights about the history of the “Makss un Morics” pizza shop.

The pizza-making process takes about an hour, and the private dining room is available for three hours. The space accommodates up to 26 adults at three tables (with the option to add more if needed) and includes a children’s table with four seats.
