How to Dine in Lyon - Nico was very fluent in English and although I have hearing problems I could understand everything he said. Personable and knowledgeable I got what I paid for. Well Done.

Lyon tastings - Natalie was an excellent source of history and food of Lyon. Excellent English and sense of humor. The visit was leisurely with enough time to enjoy the tastings and get great info. Nice size group and nice people. Highly recommend the tastings were excellent

Wonderful gourmet tour with Nathalie - Really enjoyed the tour, and would highly recommend it. Nathalie was fantastic; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about her adopted city and its wonderful food! The (generous) time flew by, and the equally generous food and wine delighted us all. I also loved meeting the providores, who (with Nathalie) gave us such a wonderful experience. I’m certainly convinced that Lyon’s reputation for great cuisine and food culture, and this tour’s previous great reviews, are well-deserved.

Best food tour ever! - I have been on countless food tours over the years, (3rd one in France this trip). Hands down, this was the BEST food tour ever. Shirine was a delight, the food was local, plentiful, delicious and included wine. The shopkeepers gave wonderful presentations/explanations. We also stopped into a beautiful silk shop and learned how this family-owned business creates their spectacular silk wares. Shirine was fabulous at incorporating historic local stories about the food and surrounding architecture. Highly recommend!!!

A “must do” while in Lyon. - Our guide, Nate was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, amusing & quite engaging. The tour was not only about the food. In between stops, Nate gave us a lot of history & local culture. The samplings at the stops were all delicious & the hosts or Nate were very informative about the items we were consuming.

Knowing the City through the Stomach - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our food tour with Nathalie. We tasted many delicious Lyonnais specialties both sweet and savory. It was also very informative about the history of the city and the heart and soul that inspired the food.

Top foodie/history tour - good value - Had a great time in the historic part of town… Learning from Nathalie, who was interesting, fun, and took us to meet meet local merchants for talks and tasting . There was history and interesting stops with explainations, plenty of food and met some great people. Recommend to anyone 😊
