Memorable and enjoyable tour - Walking around the historical sites with Didac was a great experience. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but also friendly, flexible and always answering questions in a very comprehensive way. We enjoyed the tour.

Greatest tour ever! - Our guide personalized the tour and experiences to our interests, took us places we never would have gone on our own, and introduced us to shop owners, museum owners, and individuals in the silk business. We learned history, fun facts, and current events. Our guide even gave us suggestions for other things to do while in town. From now on every place we visit we will be booking a private tour. Didac is a great tour... - Didac is a great tour guide. He is friendly and attentive. His English is very good as well, which is important when taking a tour in a foreign country. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Lyon despite the less than optimal weather, and this was all thanks to Didac. The beauty of the Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière certainly rivals that of other churches in France and even those in Italy! The tour does not consist of all churches though. We stopped at the whimsical museum of Guignol, the famous marionette. Just as Guignol embarks on his many adventures, you will enjoy your adventure through Lyon with Didac!

The Best Way to Explore Lyon - This was a great way to get an introduction to Lyon and start our visit. Fantine, our guide was fantastic- interesting and easy to follow. She gave us a wonderful understanding of the history and culture of the city along with some great tips for other activities during our stay.

He custom made our tour to coincide with our interests He found places for us that really were relevant and most interesting to us as artists. Lyon private tour - Didac was a spectacular guide on this private tour. Lots of tips for other activities, access to places not possible on a group tour (eg, backstage at Guignol theatre). Personable, knowledgeable, flexible according to our needs and wants.

Vieux Lyon Highlights: Fourvière and Traboules - We had a great tour of the highlights of Vieux Lyon with Fantine. Met at St Jean, took the funicular up to Fourvière, enjoyed the view, the cathedral, and the Roman site, and then descended on a pleasant walk past flower gardens to explore the Traboules (passageways) in the old city. Great with kids, good history lessons, good sense of modern Lyon, and gave good tips on other sites to see and places to eat. Because it was Monday, some sites were closed (Roman museum and St Jean cathedral), which made this a shorter and more focused tour than it otherwise might have been, but it was still a good intro to the city over the course of about two hours. Highly recommended, especially for first time visitors!
