Our culinary approach is rooted in pure ingredients and time-honored recipes. Together, we will prepare traditional dishes such as fluffy cod fritters, shrimp saganaki, rustic cheese pie, or tomato fritters, depending on the season. We exclusively use our own olive oil and herbs harvested from our garden and the mountain slopes, including wild oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
The secret to our delicious flavors is the traditional wood-fired oven in the courtyard, where food is slow-cooked, filling the air with enticing aromas. While waiting, guests will learn how to make natural soap using olive oil and honey, following our grandmother’s cherished recipe.
The highlight of the day is setting the large family table. Here, everyone will savor their creations together, accompanied by a classic Greek salad, tzatziki, or beetroot salad that we’ll prepare together, and fine wine from the historic Nemea Cooperative. An authentic meal celebrating the flavors. We will bid farewell with a joyful Sirtaki dance!

Soap workshop with delicious moussaka! - Upon arrival Gerasimos and his son Stelios were already waiting for us. We were warmly received and received explanations and explanations of Greek village life.
Then we got a clear explanation of how to make soap and got started.
Meanwhile, a delicious moussaka was already simmering in the wood oven.
When we finished making the olive/honey soap, a delicious meal was put on the table, prepared with local products. We really didn't want for anything and we had a very nice evening.

Lovely experience! Highly recommend! - Highly recommend if you are looking to spend some time with a warm and welcoming Greek family in their traditional home while sharing some delicious homemade food and learning about olives and how they have been integrated into the life of Greeks. We loved chatting and learning with Gerasimo, Tina, and Stelios. It was our first time in Greece and one of the first things we did... We came away feeling like we had made some Greek family friends. Great experience and even have soaps to remember it by!
