Excellent Day out - Firstly, this was easy to book and amend which was great as I had to make a few changes a couple of days before. On the day, both Yassine and Abdelwahed turned up promptly at our hotel to pick us up in a very nice 16 seater. We visited a co-op where Argan oil was being made and then onto camel riding and quad biking before having a tradional meal to round off a great day. Would definitely recommend using these guys again. Many Thanks from all 16 of us.

Fantastic experience - It was great, it was so much fun. The guide we had, Abdelhaq benny, was super attentive the whole time. I don’t know what the ones that cost twice as much (and more) offer but I don’t think it differs much from this one that for quality / price I find fantastic.

Agafay trip ! - This was great! We went as a family and everyone enjoyed it so much. The camels, the quad bikes, the fire show wrapped up everything nicely.

Definitely an experience! - Our guide Said was really great and helpful. The people we meet on this trip made the experience. Unfortunately, one of the guys on the trip had an accident on the camel as the saddle came loose. However, Said did ensure guest was ok and took necessary measures. The camel ride is very brief and you do a small loop in what looks like a gravel car park so don’t expect much. You have to pay another 125 MAD pp for quad bikes. There is a pleasant stop at the Women’s Argan Coop which was interesting and informative. The evening with fire show was great, but don’t expect camping out in tents in desert with Berbers cooking and singing. It’s rather gimmicky and food is sufficient - hot chicken tagline which was very nice. Cold couscous and veg - avoid! Lastly, communication on pick up time and location was poor. I had to go via Viator help centre as I wasn’t getting any info about timings. Then I got put through to local operator - called them, then they put me in touch with the local guide Said. It took quite a bit of sorting but once connected with Said, all was good!

Great experience but be CAREFUL! - This excursion started off really bad. For one, when you book it states “hotel pick up” but they will call you and demand that you meet them at a different location right before your pick up time. Dealing with Zakaria was a nightmare. He changed our pick up time two hours before the new time, and was extremely rude on the phone and continued to hang up on us when we tried explaining to him how we could not make the new time. We also expressed that we had requested for a hotel pick up which he refused to honor. Our security at the hotel got involved who spoke in their language to communicate the confusion we had and he hung up on him as well. Our excursion started at 5pm and were told we had a 4:15 pick up. On the day of at 1:30pm, that’s when Zakaria called and said our pick up time is now at 2:40, and no longer will pick us up from the hotel and that we needed to drive to them which was a more central location. After multiple explanations back in forth he ignored our calls and refused to give us a refund. We were finally able to reach out to another person who contacted the manager, and the manager was understanding and sweet enough to send another driver to our location and have us picked up. Our excursion should have had us picked up at 4:15, but it wasn’t until after 6:30 that someone called back and stated they were on their way. We were very appreciative for the manager stepping in, however if you book a certain time with hotel pickup, then that should be honored. Once we were picked up and actually made it to the designated area we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was extremely good, and by far the best flavors and seasoning we’ve tasted while being in Morocco. Overall, the experience was enjoyable however they should be more forthcoming in the beginning that the time you select will NOT be the pick up time, and they technically will not offer hotel pick up unless you ask for a refund at which point they’ll say fine.

Collection organization to improve - The most unhealthy collection organization, did not contact us until 13:50h on the same day of departure, which was at 15:30h. Since morning trying to contact and nothing. At 13:50h we are told that we had to be at 14:45h in the Islane Hotel. They had us 1:15h on the bus until the rest of the people who accompanied us were picked up. The guide selected Spanish, but spoke only English, it was somewhat complicated communication. Otherwise, camels, quad bikes that have to be driven with two people (although one on the way and one on the way back, that does not say), fire show and dinner well.

Mixed - Not great organization, 40 minutes of scheduled quad, barely 20 done. The walk, you might as well walk to the dune for the pictures, it will go faster. Very good meal, redundant show apart from the fire show
