• RIAD ABRARE - Participate in our cooking class in Marrakesh for a truly unique culinary experience. This 4-hour session will not only enhance your cooking abilities but also immerse you in Moroccan culinary traditions, culture, and history. After gathering at our designated meeting point, we will take a brief tour of a nearby local market to purchase vegetables and all the necessary ingredients for our cooking session.

Following the market visit, we will head to our home, where you will first learn to prepare fresh mint tea, which we will enjoy together as we get acquainted. We will then begin cooking the dish that requires the longest preparation time, allowing it to cook while we prepare other dishes. Working collaboratively as a team, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make a variety of dishes, rather than focusing on just one.

Typically, we will prepare different types of tagines, which may include vegetables, chicken, beef, or meatballs. A tea break will be provided during the session. After the class, we will share a document containing the recipes for the dishes we prepared, along with many others. Children are welcome to join our cooking class.
