Tour in southern Morocco. - Beautiful tour in the south (Marrakesh, Ouarzazate, Tinghrir, Taouz, Er Rashidia, Midelt, Fez, Meknes, Beni Mellal and Marrakech. Beautiful landscapes, great camp in the desert to admire the sunset, beautiful riad in Midelt and finally, a pleasant hammam with massage that leaves us only beautiful and good memories. Excellent experience at the spa but terrible service from the driver. - As a solo female traveler, I prefer trips that will pick me up and drop me off at my hotel, and I confirmed this with the company. My driver didn't pick me up right away, I had to take a taxi to meet him for 20 minutes, then he dropped me off at the spa, which was a 5 minute drive away. On the way back, he didn't turn up at all, leaving me stuck in Marrakesh on my own with no WiFi. I complained to the massage workers, who helped me and put me in a taxi. The taxi driver was given 100 dirhams, but he got lost five times and asked people for directions. Having taken 1 hour to get to my hotel (it should have taken 20 minutes), he demanded more money. It was an excellent massage experience, and I cannot find fault with it excellent friendly staff. It's just a shame that my relaxing morning turned into a stressful one.

Traditional Massage - This was a great experience for my wife and I. It was our first time. As a man it is interesting getting washed all over your whole body by a woman. This is not your girl or wife scrubbing your back. Men be prepared to wear some interesting underwear. They are made out of environmental recycled material like paper. whatever they use will pull off all of the dead skin on your body. I was surprised. The only part that could use a little attention was the massage but it was a 8.5 only during to the light pressure. I still went to sleep.

Totally Relaxed Hammam Experience - The Hammam itself was amazing, felt so much cleaner and lighter at the end... however the reason why I gave this experience a 4 star was our pickup was not included we had to pay extra 200 dh from the resort (aquamirage) for a taxi there and back. Also the taxi they arranged made us wait 2 hours!! Our appointment was 2pm but we got there at 4pm. I guess the hammam itself was worth the money... Noon, gave me an amazing massage. Totally relaxed me...

experience ok - The girls at the hammam were nice and kind and the experience was good. Massage well performed and with care. Just know that you will come out with damp hair. There was no transfer from the hotel (the driver wrote to us and arranged an appointment at a point that proved to be the address of another hammam where we still had the massage.

Very bad experience - The information in the tripadviser advertisement was misleading and incorrect. We did not get a 45 minute massage and hammam. It was much shorter. Also the towels were dirty (used before?) The ladies rushed us through the process. We got interrupted alot. It felt like a production line, very bad!

Incomprehensible... - The photos do not correspond to reality.
The driver dropped us off at the wrong institute.
The steam room went very well, a great experience in itself.
Massage is very energetic.
No tea at the end as written in the program...
The most unacceptable point is that the driver did not pick us up after calling and sending messages, we had to take a taxi and pay out of pocket to return to our accommodation.

Scam - Driver picked me up in a filthy muddy car and dropped me at a cheap hotel and told me to wait in dark and dirty hallway. Hammam was not open and I waited alone for over an hour. No one helped me. I didn’t feel safe. The driver didn’t return when I called him so, I walked another hour back to my hotel. Not a good experience for a solo woman.

Pure deception and fraud!!! - We had booked this experience in the hamam with transfer from and back to the hotel by a driver. Appointment in the hamam was at 10h. For start, our driver only showed up at 10h40 after several questions from our side where he was. Then he drove us to another center then the one we booked and said it was the right one.. Off course they did not have any reservation for us. So the driver kept saying that we needed to book there another experience there. Or he could bring us to yet another center. When we told him to bring us to the one we booked, he said that that one was closed. In the car of the driver, we also called ourselves to the beauty Centre that we had booked, Lantana, and they informed us that they did not receive any payment from the organisor but that they do were open.
After 1h discussion in the car of the driver, he finally agreed to bring us back to the hotel as we had a transfer to the airport at 14h25 so we had no more time to arrange everything all over again and our appointment in Lantana was in the mean time already over for a long time.
We tried via Tripadvisor, Viator and Paypal but refund refused.
