Excellent Couples Hammam and Massage - This was a fantastic experience for my wife & I. We were picked up near our Riad and dropped off at the Hammam. When we entered, the staff were fantastic and explained everything really well. We were given a secure locker for all our clothes and phones etc, as well as robes and flip flops. We then went in for the Hammam part of the experience which was excellent. Everything was seamless. The massage was firm but relaxing and the tea at the end was rejuvenating. We were then taken back to our Riad by our driver. Highly recommend this experience.

Relaxation and renovation in Marrakech - Perfect transfer, friendly driver. And the wonderful Hamman. Exquisite and very professional treatment. Traditional facilities. You come out as “new.” Highly recommended.

Traditional Hammam scrub, massage & mint tea - We were picked up by Omar from our hotel, bang on time. The Traditional Hammam scrub, massage & mint tea was Amazing. All the staff at the Hammam were very friendly & courteous. We felt very relaxed by the finish.

Great experience! - Great experience! From the driver pick up to the mint tea after the treatment. This is a must do while in Marrakesh.

Totally Relaxed Hammam Experience - The Hammam itself was amazing, felt so much cleaner and lighter at the end... however the reason why I gave this experience a 4 star was our pickup was not included we had to pay extra 200 dh from the resort (aquamirage) for a taxi there and back. Also the taxi they arranged made us wait 2 hours!! Our appointment was 2pm but we got there at 4pm. I guess the hammam itself was worth the money... Noon, gave me an amazing massage. Totally relaxed me...

Great in the end, but lack of information beforehand and during - Booked this through Trip Advisor as my own research had not gone great when looking direct, and there were 9 of us so needed the reassurance. Felt slightly uneasy at first as wasn’t given a huge amount of information, however I knew that Trip Advisor would’ve verified everything. We had no idea about itinerary, or what to expect. Got a What’s App message the day before arranging everything which was great, pickup location was provided but still no exact information about where the Spa was. Turns out it would’ve been quicker for us to walk to the Spa from our Riad rather than walk to pickup location, then be driven there. Pickup vehicle was also a 4x4 with desert tours text on side so wasn’t overly clear it was there for us, and it had to do 2 journeys for the 9 of us. Arrived at location opposite the mosque and was pointed up the stairs to the Spa and headed up. All a little odd as we went in and felt as though we weren’t expected. My wife and I got taken away for our Hamman and friends were left in lobby area, all felt odd and again just a lack of information. However, after this, everything was great! Lovely Hamman and Massage, but for 9 of us there was a lot of waiting around for those who weren’t having any treatment, and not provided with any tea that was in description.

Good. - The explanation was a bit unclear and we had to wait a while for the taxi. Furthermore, a very relaxing experience.

Book if you have the whole day free - Driver came late, delayed us so Much, made us miss our other activities. the spa was nice. The women I had really wanted to take off my disposable shorts😭 but the massage is so so good.

Hammam without transfer! - Initially we had to go to a hammam treatment center in the Gueliz district, and finally we were met in a hotel lobby as close as we could walk, the setting was disappointing but the care was satisfactory. in the end we paid for an unrealized taxi transfer to a treatment center and the price charged on site was cheaper than what we paid.

Very small place and most... - Very small place and most of our party waited hours and didn’t even get to go in. I wouldn’t recommend picking this one.
