The longer you stay on the water, the greater your opportunity to observe wildlife. Our captain is skilled at encouraging dolphins to leap behind the boat, though sightings of wild dolphins cannot be guaranteed. All tours are semi-private to private group charters. The location is fantastic.

It was great, fun... - It was great, fun snorkeling and Graham the captain was great. Was able to watch the dolphins follow the wake of our boat for a while. Highly recommend.

Do this tour if you get a chance. - It was a great time. Our captain was excellent. Water was beautiful. Trip to the island was great. Kids totally enjoyed it.

Great captain and experience - I booked a snorkeling and shelling experience for 1 day for my daughter and I. We were on the boat with another family and it was wonderful. The captain/ tour guide (younger guy I think his name was John) was great! He had lots of information about the area and animals to share with us and kept engaged with us the whole time. I had such a great time I booked another tour for the next day. I unfortunately didn’t get the same captain/ tour guide the next day. This time the tour guide (older gentleman with accent) said very few words and trying to get him to engage with you was like pulling teeth. He also drove extremely slow and I would have liked to have more time at our snorkeling spot. I would book another tour with this company cause they are polite and the first captain was such a wonderful experience.

It’s a must do - Absolutely amazing experience! I couldn’t recommend it enough. We found some great shells and sand dollars! Great experience to see the dolphins and get to hear about the area

Visiting from MI - Awesome boat ride. We rode and stopped at shell key and stayed for an hour and a half. My 5 year old had a blast swimming and finding shells and sand dollars. Beautiful weather and awesome captain. Took us out of the way to see dolphins and we saw them! Overall great experience.

Wonderful Experience! - We had an awesome time shelling, snorkeling, and looking for dolphins with captain John! He was very persistent on finding dolphins. We had dolphins swimming and jumping right next to the boat multiple times!! It was amazing. My kids found over 40 sand dollars and lots of neat shells at shell key island. Thank you captain John for making our adventure so fun and memorable!

Captain John was amazing!... - Captain John was amazing! My friend and I ended up taking the tour on a colder day so we didn’t see that many dolphin but we did still enjoy collecting shells at shell key! I recommend this tour 100%. Will do again when I visit St Pete.

Peaceful and private boating adventure - Captain John fit us in last minute,and it was suppose to storm. Against his better judgment,he took us out on our 3 hour tour and made it an amazing and memorable trip!! He was very down to earth,friendly and knowledgeable about the area and driving a boat. We saw 2 manatees,dolphins jumping in the waves from the motor and at the island for seashelling,we saw 2 blue crabs and a brown crab. I would definitely recommend using charter finders for a future boat adventure!! And we will be using them again also!!

Do NOT book with this company!! - In June 2025, my wife, daughter and I booked a snorkeling/dolphin cruise with this company. For $234.96. We showed up early and sat at a dock at a marina. We were the only ones there. Our departure time came and went. We called the number on this page and got someone’s generic voicemail. Approximately a half hour past our meeting time, we got a call back that our trip had been cancelled. They claimed they tried to call us the day before but none of us received a call. We were told that our trip would be refunded but that never happened. I disputed the charge to my credit card and they provided some type of “proof” that our trip actually did happen. Thankfully my credit card company reversed their decision that I was responsible for this charge. Not only were we stood up, they lied and claimed that services were provided. If you choose to go with this company, I hope the same does not happen to you! You’ve been warned.
