This is a very beautiful... - This is a very beautiful place to visit. Our tour guide was on time and gave. A very detailed explanation of everything around. Highly recommend getting a tour to avoid waiting in line for entry.

Fantastic - The tour was great! Go to the Real Madrid ticket counter a little across the street from the stadium to find the tour guide and group. It started on time, was fully in English….the entire tour was well explained, and ended off with a stadium viewing. On the way out is the hugest RM store. It was beautiful.

Tour guide was very... - Tour guide was very educational when she had a lot of passion for the sport. We felt it was a little rushed and not able to take as many photos as we would have liked, but it was very good!

Wonderful experience - We took classic ticket with named date and time. Wonderful experience with entry to stadium as well. We covered full tour within 1 hour 30 mins on our own pace. If you are fan for real madrid , then it's a good trip you will witness history of club and trophies.

Too expensive - For Real Madrid supporters who live outside Madrid it is a must visit but you leave a kidney as family trips. Stunning all although I was disappointed by the new structure, it is just a deck of the old

Scarce and expensive, not worth repeating. - For this entrance fee and this experience we feel rather conned. After our experiences at the Johan Cruyff Arena and 2x Camp Nou this was very disappointing. The entrance was by far the most expensive of the 3. We were aware that we could not look in the changing rooms and at the dugout because of the renovations. Unfortunately, we could not view (as with the other stadiums) the players tunnel, the physio room, the VIP/skyboxes, and the press room. After the museum (where many things are only told in Spanish) and a small part of the grandstand (the field was gone, so the view was meagre), we were said goodbye and were not allowed to go back to the toilet. However, we could still buy ridiculously expensive items or photos in the store. All in all nice to have been once, but definitely NOT worth repeating.

Price / quality substandard - Temporary tour of works in the stadium. Guide went too fast, no changing rooms, press room or dugout seen. It remains Bernabeu, so impressive, but the tour is really very basic. @guide: some people do want to be photographed with a fake CL trophy or virtual photo with a player. Give them the chance to do so! @Real Madrid: go and do the stadium tour of Atletico and take an example of this!

Bad experience - We were at the stadium we booked our trip with a tour guide after we went inside for only 10 minutes they told us that we should evacuate because of the electricity problem we didn’t see the stadium from the outside we didn’t see anything actually we paid 100 dollars for each it was a very bad experience and we paid for nothing and we booked our whole trip to Madrid to see the stadium only we want a refund for our money

Boring - Worst stadium trip we have ever been to You will NOT see pitch, dug outs, dressing rooms, media conference rooms. You will walk around the steps outside the stadium for ages, view the fantastic cups and see how the pitch operates but no real experience like new camp or athletico Madrid. If in Madrid go to the Athlethico Madrid stadium instead. It is a fantastic experience. We are fans of Real Madrid but not of their stadium lack of experience. Do better for your fans
