El Escorial - This was a great tour. The bus was comfortable and the guide easy to understand. The cathedral was beautiful and I felt such a sense of worship there. The valley was interesting and I liked all the information the guide gave.

Shortened tour - We got 4 hours of a 5 hour tour. We were rushed through El Escorial so the guide could go home an hour early, I guess.

Our guide was Sylvie. The... - Our guide was Sylvie. The tour was supposed to be in English, but it was in Spanish and English. The guide gave a much more extensive description in Spanish than English throughout the tour. Additionally, the guide spoke much too close to the microphone that for much of the tour there was static on the individual earpieces and it sounded garbled. We were very disappointed with this tour.

So disappointed. - Despite the fact we left the hotel with plenty of time , the streets around Calle Feraz were blocked and there was no access by car, and walking wouldn’t be on time. We have sent messages to the provider for rescheduling or reimbursement, and no answer yet. Really disappointing , considering what happened was out of our control.
