Brilliant way to see the city with children who are not keen on walking ! - I booked the sightseeing tour for our first morning in Madrid so we could learn about the city and navigate a bit as we had not been before . None of us had ever been on a Segway , adult and 2 children 14 and 11. We all got the hang of the Segway with instruction within 5 minutes and we were off . This was a great way to sightsee with children as the adults get to see the sights and the children get to ride a Segway so their interest is kept up and no complaints about too much walking ! We learnt a lot and our guide Jacob was very good , took his time with us and was very safety conscious even pointing out pot holes etc as we were navigating around. We really enjoyed the tour and was a good activity for a family. It was that good I booked another tour around Retiro park a couple of days later . Again, there’s no way the children would have walked around the park but I got to see it and a bit more of Madrid courtesy of being on the Segway and the children had a good ride , so worked for all of us. The Retiro park trip was more riding than the city tour , enjoyed both. I booked direct by using the WhatsApp chat function and I got sent a payment link to pay a deposit and paid the full amount on arrival . I would recommend doing this even with no Segway experience as they were easy to ride and handle no need to be worried about it at all .

Andrea was a wonderful... - Andrea was a wonderful guide who introduced us the Madrid as it was our first day there. The Segway’s allowed us to cover a lot of ground in a short time. This was a top notch introduction to Madrid and its history.

Sunset Segways & a Brilliant Guide in Madrid - We booked a Segway tour around Madrid and it turned out to be one of the best things we did on the trip. Our guide, Oscar, was brilliant. Really friendly from the start, put everyone at ease straight away and made the whole thing feel relaxed and easy. None of us were Segway experts, but he explained everything clearly and within a few minutes we were off, gliding around like we knew what we were doing. Riding through Madrid as the sun was setting was something special. The light over the buildings and the parks was beautiful, and it felt like we were seeing the city at its best. We covered loads of the main sights without it ever feeling rushed, and being on Segways just made it more fun than walking. Oscar really knew his stuff too. He shared loads of interesting bits about the history and the city, but in a way that felt natural and engaging rather than like a lecture. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that makes a big difference. All in all, a really great experience. Fun, interesting and a brilliant way to see Madrid. Would absolutely recommend.

Better than the Tuktuk and Oscar a great guide - Great experience.Ricardo went to great lengths to inform us in English during the absence of the guide. Booking on site to start the tour 2 hours later.I avoided online booking so I could ask questions about the tour and "procedure". Oscar, a super nice guide.You have the choice to tell him some stations and he guides you to these places with the respective explanations and stories.Or he offers you a route with interesting stations.As we were already several times in Madrid,no need to show us the best known attractions,as we already knew them.It is an adventure in Segway, better than in Tuktuk,as you are free to see from all sides and easier to stop to admire.I advise 100% a Segway ride and especially with Oscar.

Fantastic - We did a Segway tour with Oscar who was fantastic. It was my wife's first time riding a Segway but he put her at ease and she got the hang of it in no time. It felt really safe despite riding quite a lot on the road. The tour itself was great we covered a huge distance and it was a great way to see Madrid.
