Very nice busses, the... - Very nice busses, the staff was very helpful and the narrative was very informative. We purchased a 48 hr pass but we could not use the second day. I have used Hop on Hop Off buses in many cities and we could use the passes on non consecutive days. Here if you purchase a 48 hour pass/ticket it must be used on consecutive days. We had other things planned and could not use the second day. Other than that this is a very good company the staff were very helpful and the audio was very very good.

It’s NOT a hop-on,... - It’s NOT a hop-on, hop-off bus even though your website and the outside of the buses themselves indicate otherwise. The ONLY pick up point is between the Prado and the Ritz. The info provided tells you that the (blue) historic route pick up point is at Felipe IV monument @ Plaza Oriente. That is INCORRECT.

Audio is not working - It is a good trip, but many of the audio sockets do not work. Fix the the dam thing or refund. We sat in several areas, and was challenged by the quality of audio and working conditions. Just plain unacceptable

Bus tour of Madrid - It was a lovely comfotable ride, easy to find the start point, the audioguide was good. Sadly though, in Madrid, the tour is not “hop on hop off”. But nevertheless it was a great way to see the sights!

Solo in Madrid - Tickets overpriced for 24hr duration. Other tour buses offering 12 month duration with their tickets. Recorded guide should include more detail, when pointing out a building, as you could easily be looking at the wrong building! More stories on the areas would be useful.

Don't Do It - This was an incredibly frustrating experience and I strongly advise against booking this service. The pickup location listed on the website was incorrect and placed in an area where buses cannot even access, causing unnecessary confusion and wasted time. After finding the correct location on my own, I waited an additional 45 minutes and the bus never arrived. Customer support was completely unresponsive, making the entire experience unreliable and disappointing.

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus with Poorly Marked Stops - The hop-on hop-off bus is a convenient way to see the city, but the experience could definitely be improved. Many of the bus stops were poorly marked, making them difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors. We spent extra time walking around trying to locate the correct stop.
Another downside was the ticket kiosk staff, who were not very helpful when we asked for directions to the nearest stop. They were not helpful when asked for the bus stops simply because we already purchased tickets beforehand and not from them. Clearer signage and more helpful guidance from the kiosks would make the service much better for tourists.
Overall, the route itself is good for sightseeing, but the lack of clear stop markings and limited assistance made it frustrating at times.

Bad day all around - The tour guides did not know where to go to pick up the bus I was sent back-and-forth two or three times. The bus was freezing no air conditioning heater very boring. Go through parts of the town that we’re insignificant.
