Madrid Royal Palace and Cathedral tour. - The tour was very interesting and informative.
The Palace and Cathedral are both amazing places to visit
The tour took longer than expected and the guide seemed to take quite lot of time going into much detail. We felt more of a broad summary would have suited us better.

The group is large and... - The group is large and bilingual. There are stairs to ascend and descend which means good ambulation is essential. The tour is beautiful and well organized as was Christina, , our guide

Good - The guide was great explained everything very well, but the suggestion when I bought was not to have queues and we took queues
We arrived at the Cathedral at the time of Mass and she said she could come back later, alone. I chose to attend Mass and make the visit alone, without explanation

Never got to experience the tour - I was really looking forward to this tour. I confused my dates by one day as my family and I traveled from the states and unfortunately experienced some jet lag. The tour guide would not allow us to change the date from 8/4 to 8/5 and said we would need to pay full price to book for 8/5. This was a mistake and it would have been nice to have been given grace. I pray for the tour guide to allow for God to soften his heart and this doesn’t happen to other travelers.
