A lovely experience - The Prado Museum guided tour with Amigo Tours was one of the highlights of our stay in Madrid. The museum is a must-see and the guide Anna Christina was amazing! We were a small group of 7 people and she made us all feel so comfortable. She showed us the most important pieces in the museum starting from the renaissance period and going through each phase up to the 19th century. Our 11 year-old daughter loved it! Thank you Amigo Tours!

The best tour for the Prado - I have to confess I was doubtful about taking the tour, but it was the best decision. Christian was our guide and managed to pass on his knowledge with great passion. I've learned a lot.

Tour de museo prado - Enrique was a phenomenal tour guide! We had him both for the Raina Sofia and the museo prado, and he was funny, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the art. Would gladly go again when in town

Prado - not to be missed - Needless to say, it is not to be missed. Council guided tour, we saw the salient works, impossible to dwell on all the works, it would take days

Avoid Amigo Tours - Amigo Tours postponed our tour from 9:45 AM to 4:15 PM, which put us in a very difficult situation because we already had other tours and plans scheduled in advance. Even though the tour was supposed to start at 4:15 PM, we didn’t actually enter the museum until almost 5 PM. We had to wait for the guide to buy the tickets and then pick up audio devices inside the museum. The Prado Museum itself was beautiful, but our experience with Amigo Tours was a complete disappointment. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Amigo Tours.

Title: Complete disappointment – do NOT recommend! - We booked the Skip the Line Guided Tour in English for the Prado Museum through the Go City app, which uses Amigo Tours as their local partner. We specifically chose this option because I was traveling with my wife and our two-year-old child, and we wanted a smooth, stress-free entry experience. Unfortunately, what we got was the exact opposite. The guide – a red-haired woman whose name we didn’t even catch – simply disappeared with the rest of the group. We were just a few steps behind because of our toddler, which any professional guide should understand and accommodate. But instead of checking that her group was complete before entering, she walked in and vanished without a second thought. The museum security didn’t allow us to enter because our tickets were valid only with a guide – and she never came back for us. We were left outside, confused, frustrated, and extremely disappointed. We paid for this tour, and in the end, we got nothing – no tour, no entry, no support. What was supposed to be a highlight of our visit turned into anger and frustration. I do not recommend Amigo Tours to anyone, especially families. Completely unprofessional and careless behavior. We expect a full refund and at the very least, an apology.
