Great experience, but needed help with the audio guide app - It was nice being able to just get in and skip the line. I booked the tour with the audio guide (which is an app you download prior), which went ok. I was asked if I needed help with the app when I got the tickets, but said no. This was a mistake. Have someone explain the app to you because I found it rather hard to navigate. I’m assuming that’s my fault for not accepting the help, so I’m not going to leave a bad review for that. Just know that you’ll need help with the app.

Prado museum visit - We waited a while for the agent to for us to get the tickets. There was no communication about the delay. We could have purchased tickets much sooner had we not paid for skip the line, we had to stand in line to enter anyway. Did not see a huge benefit with this experience.

App was not easy to use - We downloaded the app as instructed but it didn’t work as it said it would. We had a difficult time finding what we were looking at on the app and it was not easy to navigate so we ended up not using it. I’m not sure if it was worth paying more than general admission to skip the lines as there were not lines when we got there anyway. We went at about 2pm and there was not many people there even though on the web page of the Prado itself it said there were no more general admission tickets left for that time…which is why we chose the Viator experience. The person we had to meet to pick up the tickets was exactly where they said they would be so very easy to find and we did not wait in any ticket lines or any line to enter though has there been more people, we would have had to wait to get in the entrance as everyone has to go through to get their ticket scanned anyway. Not sure if I would recommend this experience as going at around 2pm and purchasing general admission tickets would have given us the same experience since we didn’t use the app anyway…though that part is on us I guess, for not being able to figure out the use of the app.

The explanations of the... - The explanations of the works do not go in order of accommodation in the museum, time is wasted in locating them.

Avoid this...offers nothing except a very premium ticket price - Got nothing from this tour except pay 4 times the price for a entrance ticket. Wifi wasn't working and therefore my audio tour was non existent.

Li site was hacked. - Come to the museum never got to edit the tickets! Redirects to a fraudulent site that told me about a virus and offers an anti-virus.

Huge dissapoitment, message sent on 20 march no responce till today - Der Sirs,
As mentioned earlier it is not the point that your staff was there- as I was trying to contact your staff to tell thet I will be after 10 and to find out more details where I can catch the group. Nobody answered phone, neither responded on chat which is not acceptable from my point of view. We should be provided contact to the tour guide in the situation as this one. More over I was there, I went to the que, I was at the cashier desk- noone was able to help me. The local phone did not respond- so how I was able to get to the museum on the boucher provded by you? With no contact, no support?
I entered with a new ticket bought by myself at the casher desk the museum 10.15- so as you can see it was possible to catch the group- but in such crowded place how I could contact viator guide?
In this situation I am kindly asking for return of paid amount. I was unable to contat with the agency, so you did not provide the service we agreed for - it is no my fault that contact provided by you it not working. The responce from you on chat I received in the evevning- sent before 10 am;((( something is not working there…

Bad tour. Do not book at all. - One thing that you need to know is that you will be asked to download an app outside the museum and if you do not have good Wi-Fi connection, you cannot download anything. It was a waste of money because you could just buy the tickets at the door. Our guide Angelica was not accommodating at all. She just said you need to download the app even though we told her we do not have good Wi-Fi. She did not seem to care and shrugged us off. Do not recommend this tour at all.

Unable to access tickets - Unable to access tickets. It was unclear where to meet the guide which ultimately ended in us having to purchase tickets directly from the museum. Unacceptable
