Top 5 Museum Experience - The group that handled this reservation was very professional and knew what they were doing . We met them outside the Prado museum and received our entry tickets and instructions on how to use the App and the guide. We arrived a few minutes late due a taxi strike and they waited patiently for our arrival. The Prado was super busy the day we went which detracted from the experience somewhat. But the art exhibits were excellent and the facility seemed well managed.

Not a lot of benefit - The meeting point was very clear. The staff member was present and helpful. However, the only real benefit was that you get to skip the line. The site said that headphones were not included. It was not clear that we would be listening on your phone through an app. We brought headphones for the usual listening devices that are give out. We had to load the app when we got there using data. In addition, the app contained information on very few of the art pieces so you had to really look around. In the future I think a live guide would be much better.

Of course the museum was... - Of course the museum was wonderful, though the audio guide platform was disappointing. I had subscribed to the museum’s audio on a previous visit and thought this one was similar. There were only a few corresponding highlighted pieces, though not many of the ones I wanted to learn more about. The meet-up person was on time and helpful. I’d recommend though not with audio guide.

Amazing art - Beautiful and amazing! We had a little difficulty finding our way around the museum but that was probably on us! A must see!

Need to update the Audio Guide link with the right information - The Museum collections are so beautiful and unique. However the ticket with audio guide we bought does not match the numbers and explanation of the Museum original audio guide. We had to buy the original Museum audio guide on-site to enjoy the visit.

Not great. - Skip the line applies only to the ticket purchase line on site. Not for security screening. The audio guide comes to life an application to download. Don’t forget your headphones... the price is too expensive... just buy your ticket on the museum’s website and be able to use the museum’s audio guide which seems very good. To know that admission to the museum is free some days after 6pm...

Unreliable service - Unreliable, no one showed up at the meeting point. I had to call the office to get my ticket, after having waited 20 minutes for the agent in scorching sun.

Disaster Nobody of Viator at Meeting Point - Staff from Viator never showed up; I was 25 minutes early and left 30 after and Nobody from Viator at the Goya Monument and Entrance to the museum

Total Scam! - This is a total scam, save your money! We went to the meeting point where the girls directed us to download an app that gives a map of the museum, you then can use your headphones and listen to the audioguide at your own pace. Except, there are only a few select pieces that there is info on and some rooms don’t have any pieces that have info at all. It has been since I was a child since I’ve been to a museum, so this is on me, but the museum has pamphlets with the floor map and audioguides they provide on site that gives you information on almost every piece in the museum. We would have been better off and had a more enjoyable experience if we would have paid the 16euro entrance fee on our own and used their audioguide. Do not waste your money on this!!
