The best thing is you shouldn't... - The best thing is that you shouldn't stand in the long line of people who don't have access. Once inside Palacio you are guided by the application at your own pace. Very good audio guide

The palace called the day... - The palace called the day before my visit. They cancelled due to "capacity." They offered another day which was not doable. The rep said I should try to get a refund from the company that issued the ticket. Viator refunded the purchase price even though if was after the cancellation window. Great customer service.

Stunning palace! - The staff at the location where I booked my ticket were really friendly and helpful! I would have given 5 stars but the only problem was the audio guide never fully downloaded on my phone so I didn't get full descriptions of the interior.

Professional - You can't leave Madrid without seeing the Royal Palace. I had not booked before leaving but with this platform I managed to visit the Palace.

Beautiful palace - The palace was spectacular. The audio guide wasn’t helpful for us. It wouldn’t download on our iPhones They did have a brochure explaining each room.

Book Through Palace and Pre-book! - Book through the Palace website it’s easier. We booked through Natura, stood in line, was handed our tickets and told to download this app for audio guide portion. However half of us kept getting an error and the one who was able to successfully download it had only 1 piece of info (how the palace came to be), there was no “audio” portion to each room. We ended up paying at the palace for their audioguide. Bit misleading by company. Palace was amazing so if you can book through the Palace do so!

I would but I can't - A precarious experience!! Entrance skips the line ok, but then the audioguide explained only the outside of the building!! Inside we had to read the signs in English and translate them (luckily I know English). The armory not received together with the pharmacy and library

It'll take a while to get in. - I booked with a ticket from 10 o'clock, but I ended up entering at 10:30. We had a group entry with a guide, and since the guide was not available in Japanese, we went inside and let him separate.

Worst and very rude tour... - Worst and very rude tour guide. I tried contacting them several times via msg, call that Im running late and that I have a baby, no response. When I reached the meeting point just 10 mins late, there was a different language tour and she was super rude and misbehaved. Even after I explained my situation, she embarrassed me infront of her group of tourists and refused to give me any contact details to modify my reservation. They had already charged us the money. Never book with this group
